Բորիս Նեմցովի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Անզոր Գուբաշեւը հայտնել է, թե քաղաքական գործիչն ինչու է իր թշնամանքն առաջացրել. նրա առաջին հարցաքննության տեսանյութը չորեքշաբթի ցուցադրվել է Մոսկվայի շրջանային ռազմական դատարանում, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

«Նեմցովն ինձ ի սկզբանե դուր չի եկել մեր պետության, մեր տիրակալի հասցեին իր արտահայտությունների պատճառով»,- տեսանյութում ասում է Գուբաշեւը: Նա ասում է, որ որոշել է սպանությունը կատարել ենթադրյալ քիլեր Զաուր Դադաեւի հետ: Իրենք ներգրավել են նաեւ համախոհի՝ Բեսլան Շավանովին, որը զոհվել է ձերբակալվելիս:

«Ցանկացած մուսուլման, ցանկացած սթափ դատող մարդ կհամաձայնվի: Իհարկե, նա համաձայնվեց»,- պատասխանում է Գուբաշեւը քննիչի այն հարցին, թե Շավանովը համաձայնվե՞լ է սպանությանը մասնակցել:

Սպանության հետագա պատճառների վերաբերյալ հատվածը դատավորը որոշել է չցուցադրել ատենակալներին, քանի որ ամբաստանյալին վերագրվում է վարձված սպանություն, այլ ոչ թե գաղափարական կամ կրոնական ատելություն: Մինչդեռ գործի նյութերին ծանոթ դատավարության մասնակիցները նշել են, որ Գուբաշեւը հարցաքննության ժամանակ խոսել է Charlie Hebdo-ի խմբագրության գնդակահարության վերաբերյալ Նեմցովի արձագանքի մասին:

Անզոր Գուբաշեւը ներկայումս հրաժարվել է իր խոստովանական ցուցմունքներից եւ իր մեղքը հերքում է:
