Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն ավարտվել են և այժմ կուսակցությունները ամփոփում են արդյունքները: Այդ ամփոփումը արտահայտվում է նաև յուրաքանչյուր թեկնածուի կատարած աշխատանքը հասկանալով ու գնահատելով, ու ըստ այդմ, որոշելով, թե ովքեր են մանդատ ստանալու ու գնալու ԱԺ, իսկ ովքեր ոչ:
 
Բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերում այնպիսի վիճակ է, որ համամասնական ցուցակում զբաղեցրած հորիզոնականը դեռ Աժ-ում հայտնվելու երաշխիք չէ: Նույն վիճակն է նաև ԵԼՔ դաշինքում: Այժմ դաշինքը զբաղված է յուրաքանչյուր թեկնածուի արած գործը գնահատելով: Լավատեղյակ աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ այդ առումով ամենատխուր ու ոչ նախանձելի վիճակում է հայտնվել Արամ Սարգսայնը:
 
Բանը նրանում է, որ նա ԱԺ ընտրություններին հավաքել է ընդամենը 520 ձայն, ինչն անսպասելի է եղել նաև ԵԼՔ-ի համար: Այժմ ներքին քննարկումներում այս թեման ամենաշատն է շրջանառվում, քանի որ խոսքը գնում է ոչ թե սովորական թեկնածուի, այլ ԵԼՔ-ի ցուցակի 2-րդ հորիզոնականը զբաղեցնող անձի մասին, այն դեպքում, երբ ավելի ցածր հորիզոնականներում գտնվող որոշ գործիչներ հավքել են տասնյակ անգամ շատ ձայներ:
 
ԵԼՔ-ում հասկացել են, որ Արամ Սարգսյանի խայտառակ ցածր ցուցանիշները լրջորեն անդրադառնում են նաև դաշինքի հեղինակության վրա, հատկապես որ առջևում կրկին լուրջ ընտրություններ են դաշինքի համար:Այժմ ԵԼՔ-ում լրջորեն քննարկվում է Արամ Սարգսյանին մանդատ չտալու տարբերակը: Ասում են, որ Արամ Սարգսյանը ինքն էլ տեղյակ է այդ ամենի մասին և այժմ գտնվում է տխուր հոգեվիճակում:
 
Ավելին Արամ Սարգսյանին այժմ հեռու են պահում դաշինքի միջոցառումներից, լուրջ քննարկումներից ու խորհրդակցություններից քանի որ նա ոչ մի արդյունավետ բան չի կարող առաջարկել:Դա արդեն իսկ երևում է ԵԼՔ-ի՝ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների պատրաստություններում: Քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, իսկ շտաբի պետը՝ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը, իսկ Արամ Սարգսյանը չունի ոչ մի գործառույթ:
 
Այլ կերպ ասած, Արամ Սարգսյանը ԵԼՔ-ում հայտնվել է թույլ օղակի կարգավիճակում, որին այդ իսկ պատճառով մեկուսացնում են կարևորագույն գործընթացներից: Ի դեպ, Armtimes.am կայքում ընտրություններից մի քանի օր հետո հրապարակված «Հայաստանը հետընտրական շոկի մեջ է. վտանգավոր նախադեպ իշխանությունների համար» հոդվածում հստակ ակնարկ կա այս մասին, որ յուրաքանչյուր գործիչ պետք է գնահատվի ըստ իր գրանցած արդյունքների:
 
«Խորհրդարան անցած եւ չանցած ուժերի համար շոկն ապահովել է ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգը: Այն արդյունքները, որ գրանցել են միեւնույն կուսակցությունից առաջադրված թեկնածուները, հատուկ ուսումնասիրության նյութ են հենց կուսակցությունների համար: Դրանք, թերեւս, ներքին վերադասավորումների առիթ կդառնան: Եթե նախկինում տարբեր գործիչների անձնական ռեյտինգը եւ կատարած աշխատանքը չափելի չէր, ապա հիմա յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է գնահատվել ըստ իր անձնական վարկանիշի եւ աշխատանքի:
 
Դժվար է ընտրություններում գրանցած փոքր տոկոսը ընտրակեղծիքների վրա բարդել, երբ քոռեյտինգային թեկնածուն իր տեղամասում հավաքել է 800 ձայն, բայց մրցակից ընդդիմադիր ուժիթեկնածուն`4000 ձայն: Դա նշանակում է, որ տվյալ տարածքում կար 4800 ընտրող, որի վրա չէին ազդելուընտրակաշառքը, վարչական ռեսուրսն ու ահաբեկումները եւ որը պատրաստ էր ընտրություն կատարելայլ առաջնահերթություննեից ելնելով:
 
Ստացվում է, որ այդ 4800-ից 4000-ի համակրանքը կարողացել է շահել մրցակից ընդդիմադիրթեկնածուն: Եթե նա կարողացել է, ուրեմն դու էլ կարող էիր, եւ եթե դա տեղի չի ունեցել, ուրեմն խնդիրըքո մեջ է»: Հասկանալի է, որ այս հոդվածը Armtimes.am կայքում հենց այնպես չի հայտնվել, ու հենց այնպես չի հայտնվել հենց Armtimes.am կայքում: Հասկանալի է, որ այն գրված է նաև ներքին լսարանի համար, և հասկացողը ամեն ինչ հասկացել է:
