Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովինար գյուղի տնկարանային տնտեսություններում արտադրված ծիրանի, կեռասի եւ դեղձի տնկիները չեն դիմացել անցած ձմռան խստաշունչ ցրտերին եւ ցրտահարվել են  ամբողջությամբ: 
 
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ծովինարցի վաստակաշատ այգեգործ Խաչիկ Տեր-Հովսեփյանը, ձմռան փորձությունը հաղթահարել են խնձորի, տանձի, սալորի եւ ընկույզի տնկիները: «Ցուրտ ու երկարատեւ ձմեռ էր, որը վնաս հասցրեց նաեւ մեր գյուղում գործող մի քանի տնկարանային տնտեսություններին: Ո՞վ էր տեսել, որ Սեւանա լիճը մինչեւ ապրիլի 12- ը սառցակալած մնա: Հազարավոր տնկիներ են ցրտահարվել` հիմնականում ծիրանը, կեռասը եւ դեղձը: Այնուամենայնիվ, ցրտին դիմացել են խնձորը, տանձը, սալորը եւ ընկույզը: Հիմա Ծովինարում, բոլոր տնտեսությունները միասին վերցրած, արտադրել են մոտ 35-40 հազարի չափ տարբեր ծառատեսակների տնկիներ, որոնք արդեն հանում ենք վաճառքի»,-իրավիճակը ներկայացրեց Խաչիկ Տեր-Հովսեփյանը:
