ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենի նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակումը, պարզվել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017թ. ապրիլի 9-ին՝ ժամը 01:40-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած երկու անձինք՝ դիմակավորված, մուտք են գործել Երևան քաղաքի Կիևյան փողոցում գործող ՍՊ ընկերությանը պատկանող գրավատուն, ատրճանակի գործադրմամբ սպառնացել ընկերության տնօրենի նկատմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրել, ապա, հափշտակելով ընկերության դրամարկղում առկա  գումարը, ինչպես նաև՝ տնօրենի պարանոցի ոսկյա շղթան իր խաչով, դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, պարզվել կատարված հանցագործության եղանակը։ Կասկածյալներից մեկը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել։ Փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև երկրորդ անձի վերաբերյալ，ում հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։

Առգրավվել է գրավատան տարածքում առկա տեսագրությունների պահպանման սարքը և նշանակվել է դատահամակարգչատեխնիկական-դատատեսաձայնագրառման համալիր փորձաքննություն։ Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել է նաև դատամատնադրոշմային փորձաքննություն:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում գողոնը հայտնաբերելու, դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի，օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
