Պետական պարտատոմսերի աճուրդները մրցակցային են դառնում ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ-ի հարթակ տեղափոխելով: 

Այս մասին ապրիլի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության պետական պարտքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արշալույս Մարգարյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ-ի հարթակից օգտվելու են մարդկանց երկու խումբ:

«Նրանք, ովքեր ԿԲ-ում էին կատարում այդ գործողությունները և նրանք, ովքեր չեն հավատում բանկերին և մնացած ֆինանսական կառույցներին: Վերջիններիս համար չափազանց դյուրացնում ենք նրանց գործընթացը և սկսում ենք հավակնել նրանց շրջանակի մեծացմանը»,- ասաց Մարգարյանը:

Նրա դիտարկմամբ` պետական պարտատոմսերի աճուրդները ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ-ի հարթակ տեղափոխելը հնարավորություն է տալիս մեծացնել ներդրողների ցանկը, իսկ ներկայումս Հայաստանում որոշակի տնտեսական աշխուժության դրսևորումը նշանակում է կապիտալի ներհոսք, որը կարող է իջեցնել պետական պարտքի սպասարկման ծախսերը:
