ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է մասնավոր այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող լեհ դասախոս, իրավաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, Վարշավայի պետական համալսարանի միջազգային իրավունքի պրոֆեսոր, ԵԽ պատգամավոր Կարոլ Կարսկուն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, նա Հայաստանում է գտնվում Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի հրավերով և բուհում հանդես է եկել «Ազգային և միջազգային օրենքների միջև փոխհարաբերությունը» թեմայով դասախոսությամբ:

Ողջունելով հյուրին ԿԳ նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ միջազգային իրավունքի բարձրակարգ մասնագետի դասախոսությունը հետաքրքիր և օգտակար է եղել հայ ուսանողների համար:

«Կրթության ոլորտում միջազգային իրավունքի նշանակությունը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է մեծանում, որովհետև աշխարհը գնալով փոքրանում է, և պետությունների ու ազգերի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար առավել մեծ նշանակություն է ստանում միջազգային հիմնարար իրավունքի դրսևորումը: Հայ ժողովուրդը կոնֆլիկտ ունի հարևան Ադրբեջանի հետ, որի հիմքում ընկած է միջազգային իրավունքի տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանությունը: Բայց մենք, ինչպես նաև լեհ ժողովուրդը, անցնելով պատմական դժվարին ճանապարհ, վստահ ենք, որ կան հիմնարար արժեքներ, որոնց վրա հիմնվում են միջազգային հարաբերությունները: Այս տեսանկյունից ես համոզված եմ, որ Ձեր փորձն ու գիտելիքները օգտակար են եղել մեր ուսանողների համար»,- նշել է Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:

Լեհ պրոֆեսորն իր հերթին, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նախարարին՝ հանդիպման համար, նշել է, որ Հայաստանն իր համար հարազատ վայր է դարձել, և ամեն անգամ, այստեղ գալով, իրեն զգում է բարեկամական միջավայրում:

«Տեղյակ եմ, որ Դուք ևս, զբաղվելով քաղաքականությամբ և զբաղեցնելով նախարարի պաշտոնը, նաև դասավանդում եք համալսարանում՝ գիտական-մանկավարժական գործունեությունը համատեղելով քաղաքականության հետ: Հայաստանն այն երկիրն է, որտեղ այցելելն ու դասախոսություններ կարդալը ինձ համար շատ հաճելի է: Ես դարձել եմ հայ ժողովրդի իսկական բարեկամը».- նշել է  Կարսկին՝ հավելելով, որ ինքն Հայաս տան է այցելել տիկնոջ հետ, ով նույնպես միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետ է և այս օրերին դասախոսություններով է հանդես եկել Բրյուսովի անվան լեզվագիտական համալսարանում: Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԿԳ նախարարը ներկայացրել է նաև ՀՀ կրթության համակարգում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները՝ շեշտելով, որ Հայաստանի համար հետաքրքիր է լեհական փորձը, որտեղ հաջողությամբ նախկին խորհրդային մոդելի վրա կառուցվել  է եվրոպական կրթության համակարգ:

Լեհ պրոֆեսորը նշել է, որ իր պարբերական այցերի ընթացքում հասցրել է ծանոթանալ Հայաստանի բարձրագույն կրթության բարեփոխումներին և տեսնում է, որ դրանք հաջողված են:

Մանկավարժական համալսարանի գիտական խորհրդի որոշմամբ՝ Կարոլ Կարսկուն շնորհվել է ՀՊՄՀ-ի պատվավոր դոկտորի կոչում:
