«Ներսը և դուրսը» բառերը լսելիս, առաջին ասոցիացին իմ մոտ Հերման Հեսսեն է՝ այս վերնագրով իր վիպակով։ Իհարկե հարց կարող է առաջանալ, թե ինչու դա հիշեցի և որքան էլ տարօրինակ թվա պատասխանը՝ հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցներում դեգերելիս։

Օրերս Ելք դաշինքի նորընծա պատգամավորներից  Գևորգ Գորգիսյանը հարցազրույց տալով հայկական պարբերակններից մեկին, ասել էր, թե եթե «դրսի դաշնակցականները» գան Հայաստան, նրանք կմիանան Ելքին։ Թե ինչ պատճառներ ուներ արդեն ԱԺ պատգամավորը նման պնդման համար, դժվար է ասել և էական էլ չէ։ Բնականաբար այս հայտարարությանը հաջորդեցին  դաշնակցականների պատասխանները՝ լրատվամիջոցներում և սոցցանցային տիրույթում։

Սակայն այստեղ շատ ավելի հետաքրքիր էր դրսի դաշնակցականներ ձևակերպումը։ Այս «դրսային»  մտայնությունները շատ ավելի խորը արմատներ ունեն մեր հասարակական ընկալման մեջ, կարելի ասել անգամ դարերով եկած արմատներ։ 3-4 դար առաջ մենք մեր փրկությունը կապում էինք դրսի հետ, 1918 թվին մենք մեր փրկությունը կապում էին դրսի հետ, անցած ընտրություններում շատերը ոգևորվում էին դրսից եկած դիտրոդներ Սերժ Թանկյանով, Արսինե Խանջյանով և այլն։

 Անշուշտ գնահատելի է նույնիսկ ուրախալի է, երբ դրսի հայերին հուզում են Հայաստանի իրավիճակը, ճակատագիրը, այստեղ ընթացող գործընթացները, գնահատելի է նաև նրանց մասնակցությունը այդ գործընթացներին։ Սակայն անհասկանալի է արդեն ԱԺ պատգամավորի խոսքը դրսի դաշնակցականների կամ այլ քաղաքական միավորումների մասին։

Ինձ համար թերևս չկան դրսի հայ քաղաքական ուժեր, կա մեկ դաշնակցություն, որը Հայաստանում է, թե ինչ է անում այդ Հայաստանի դաշնակցությունը, այլ հարց է, ինչպես ենք մենք նրան վերաբերվում նույնպես։ Բայց այդ դաշնակցությունն այստեղ է, այդ դաշնակցությունը կատարում է քայլեր, որոնք ինձ համար որպես քաղաքացի անընդունելի են, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ ես հայացքս չեմ ուղղում դրսի դաշնակցականներին կամ հնչակյաններին, որոնք երևի թե մինչ օրս պայքարում են միմյանց դեմ՝ համենայնդեպս ինձ համար անհասկանալի թեմաներով։ Գուցե սա հաշվի առնելով, հարկ է, որպեսզի թողնենք դրսի փոխարեն խոսելը, դրսի կարծիքը ներկայացնելը, դրսի տրամադրությունները շոշափելը։

Հասկանալի է, որ Ելք-ի անդամն իր այս ձևակերպումով, փորձում է արտահայտել իր դժգոհությունը Հայաստանի դաշնակցությունից, սակայն կարծես թե դրա համար ավելի հետաքրքիր ու նպատակային հարթակներ կան, հակառակ դեպքում այսօրինակ զրույցները դառնում են կենցաղային մակարդակի։ Նման զրույցներ ես լսում եմ մեր գյուում, որտեղ գյուղամիջում հավաքված մարդիկ, ժամանակ անցկանցնելու համար խոսում են քաղաքականությունից և հանգում, որ դրսի դաշնակցականները ավելի լավն են քան ներսինները, որ սփյուռքահայերը ավելի հայրենասեր են, ազնիվ են և այլն։

Չկա նման բան պարոնայք, չկա դրսի հայկական քաղաքական ուժ, չկա Հայաստանի ճակատագրով ավելի մտահոգ սփյուռքահայ։ Թողնենք նմանատիպ խոսակցությունները քաղաքային այգիներում նարդու, բլոտի և շախմատի շուրջ իրենց ժամանակն անցկացնող պապիկներին, այլապես հերթական անգամ այս մշակույթը կտեղափոխվի խորհրդարան՝ տակավին երիտասարդ երեսփոխանների թեթև ձեռքով։
