 Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն նոր մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցրել ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հասցեին` կապված վերջիններիս կողմից Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի վերաբերյալ հրապարակած քննադատական զեկույցի հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այ ս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:

Չավուշօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ և ԵԽԽՎ կողմից եկած դիտորդական առաքելության մի շարք անդամներ մասնակցել են Թուրքիայի դեմ կազմակերպված հավաքներին և հանրաքվեից առաջ «ոչ»-ի արշավ են արել: «Այս անգամ եկած պատվիրակությունը լավ մտադրություններով չի եկել, կանխակալ է եկել և տեխնիկական հարցերից այն կողմ քաղաքական հարցերի մեջ է մտել, մինչդեռ նրանք գործը քաղաքական մեկնաբանություններ անելը չէ»,- նշել է Չավուշօղլուն:

Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը մեղադրել է առաքելության անդամներին ահաբեկչության աջակցելու մեջ` հիշեցնելով, որ նրանց զեկույցը պարտադրող բնույթ չունի:

Նա հայտնել է նաև, որ վիզային ռեժիմի ազատականացման մասին իրենց վերջին առաջարկը ներկայացնելու են ԵՄ-ին: «Արդեն թող որոշում կայացնեն: Կամ այո, կամ ոչ: Եթե ասեն «ոչ», մյուս համաձայնագրերը` այդ թվում և փախստականների հարցով համաձայնագիրը չեղյալ կհամարվի»,- ասել է Չավուշօղլուն` հայտարարելով, թե ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիային շանտաժի ենթարկելով ոչ մի տեղ չի կարողանա հասնել:

Ապրիլի 17-ին ԵԱՀԿ-ն տարածել էր հայտարարություն Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում էր, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել երկու կողմերի համար անհավասար հնարավորությունների պայմաններում: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանրաքվեն չի համապատասխանել Եվրոպայի խորհդրի չափանիշներին: Իրավական շրջանակն անբավարար է եղել ժողովրդավարական գործընթաց անցկացնելու համար»,- նշել էր Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովօ առաքելության ղեկավար Սեզար Ֆլորին Պրեդան:

ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ սահմանափակ ընտրական առաքելության ղեկավար Տանա դե Զուլուետան նշել էր, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել այնպիսի քաղաքական միջավայրում, որտեղ հիմնարար ազատությունները, որոնք կարևոր են ժողովրդավարական գործընթացի համար, քողարկվել էին արտակարգ իրադրության պայմաններում: Բացի այդ, երկու կողմերը չեն ունեցել հավասար հնարավորություններ քվեարկողներին դիմելու հարցում: «Մեր մոնիթորինգը ցույց է տվել, որ «այո»-ի քարոոզարշավը գերակշռել է լրատվամիջոցներում և դա ԶԼՄ-ներում առկա սահմանափակումների, լրագրողների ձերբակալություններ ի և լրատվամիջոցների փակման հետ մեկտեղ, սահմանափակել է քվեարկողներին հասանելիությունը տեսակետների բազմազանությանը»,- նշել էր նա:

Դիտորդներն արձանագրել էին, որ որոշ ընտրատեղամասերում իրենց գործունեությունն արգելվել կամ խոչընդոտվել է:
