Եգիպտոսի դեսպանը Գարեգին Բ-ին է ներկայացրել իր երկրի առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերները

Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսն, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 19-ին, Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ընդունեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Եգիպտոսի Արաբական Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Թարեք Իբրահիմ Մուհամմադ Մաաթիին:

Մայր աթոռից հայտնում են, որ հանդիպմանը Վեհափառ Հայրապետն իր ցավակցությունը հայտնեց դեսպանին Եգիպտոսում ապրիլի 9-ին տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունների առիթով, որոնց զոհ դարձան երկրի բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ: Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Ս. Եկեղեցու անունից զորակցություն հայտնելով ի դեմս դեսպանի Եգիպտոսի ողջ ժողովրդին` Նորին Սրբությունը դատապարտեց կատարված ոճրագործությունը եւ հույս հայտնեց, որ ահաբեկչական որեւէ դրսեւորում այլեւս տեղ չի գտնի Եգիպտոսում եւ կշարունակվեն պահպանվել տարբեր ազգային եւ կրոնական համայնքների միջեւ խաղաղ համակեցության դարավոր բարեկամական ավանդույթները:

Զրույցի ընթացքում Նորին Սրբությունը նաեւ իր գնահատանքը հայտնեց ՀՀ-ում Եգիպտոսի դեսպանին հայ-եգիպտական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանն ու առավել ամրապնդմանն ուղղված նրա գործունեության համար:

Իր հերթին դեսպան Թարեք Մաաթին, խորին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Վեհափառ Հայրապետին զորակցության խոսքերի համար, ներկայացրեց երկրի առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերները եւ դրանց հաղթահարելուն ուղղված Եգիպտոսի իշխանությունների ձեռնարկած քայլերը: Դեսպանը Նորին Սրբությանը փոխանցեց նաեւ Ղպտի Ուղղափառ եկեղեցու հոգեւոր պետ Թավադրոս Բ պատրիարքի ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները:

Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն ու դեսպանն անդրադարձ կատարեցին նաեւ Եգիպտոսի հայ համայնքին եւ նրա կարեւոր դերակատարությանը հայ-եգիպտական կապերի զարգացման գործում:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Վեհափառ Հայրապետն իր օրհնությունն ու մաղթանքները փոխանցեց դեսպանին եւ Եգիպտոսի ողջ ժողովրդին՝ ցանկանալով խաղաղ, բարօր կյանք ու ջանքերի բարի արգասավորում:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր Մայր Աթոռի Արտաքին հարաբերությունների եւ արարողակարգի բաժնի տնօրեն Գերաշնորհ Տ. Նաթան արքեպիսկոպոս Հովհաննիսյանը:
