Ապրիլի 19-ին՝ «Արմենիա Մարիոթ» հյուրանոցում կայացել է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ) 17-րդ տարեկան համագումարը: Համագումարին ներկա են եղել ինչպես ԻՏՁՄ անդամները, այնպես էլ ՏՀՏ ոլորտի այլ առաջատար ընկերությունների, կրթական հաստատությունների, պետական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներ, դիվանագիտական և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

ԻՏՁՄ նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը իր ողջույնի խոսքում նշել է. «Աշխարհում տարեցտարի մեծանում է տաղանդների սովը, մասնավորապես անցալ տարի միայն ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնագետների չբավարարված պահանջարկը ԱՄՆ-ում և Եվրոպայում կազմում էր 2 մլն: Ավելին՝ որոշակի ուղղություններում, օրինակ մեծ թվերի ոլորտում (Big Data) ԱՄՆ-ում համապատասխան ծրագրավորման հմտություններ ունեցող մաթեմատիկոսների պահանջը մոտ էր 400.000-ի: Այս ամենի եզրակացությունը մեկն է. ինչքան տեխնոլոգիապես գրագետ մարդ մենք պատրաստենք, այնքան ներգրավված կլինենք համաշխարհային տեխնոլոգիական աշխատանքի շուկայում: Այս ամենը հնարավոր է ոլորտը կոնսոլիդացնելու, ներքին արդյունավետ համագործակցություն կազմակերպելու, մեկտեղելու տեխնոլոգիական մասնավոր հատվածի, կրթական համակարգի, կառավարության և պետական կառույցների նպատակները, վերականգնելու համար Հայաստանը՝ որպես բարձր տեխնոլոգիական երկիր»:

ԻՏՁՄ գործադիր տնօրեն Կարեն Վարդանյանը ընդգծել է. «2019 թ.  ՏՏ համաշխարհային կոնգրեսը (WCIT- World Congress on IT) հյուընկալելու ենք Հայաստանում: Մենք ծրագրում ենք ՀՀ բոլոր դպրոցներում հիմնել ինժեներական լաբորատորիաներ և այդպիսով աշխարհին ներկայանալ որպես միակ երկիր, որը նախնական ինժեներական կրթությունը սկսում է 10 տարեկանից»:

ԻՏՁՄ անդամ՝ X-TECH ընկերության տնօրեն Արման Աթոյանն էլ հանդես եկավ առաջարկութամբ, որպեսզի ԶԼՄ-ների աջակցությամբ հանրությանն ու մասնավորապես ծնողներին իրազեկել տեխնոլոգիական կրթության անհրաժեշտությունը, հաջողության պատմությունները և նպաստել ՏՏ կրթության նկատմամբ հանրության գիտակցության բարձրացմանը:

ԻՏՁՄ ռազմավարական պլանը բավականին ընդգրկուն է, ուստի Միության անդամները ընդրգրկվել են տարբեր աշխատանքային խմբերում համապատասխան հայեցակարգ և գործողությունների պլան մշակելու համար: Ռազմավարական հիմնական ուղղություններն ու վերջիններիս մոդեռատորներն են.
