Հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում մենք հաճախ ընդդիմադիրների կամ ընդդիմադիր հանդես եկողների կողմից կարող ենք լսել այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի ունեցվածքին ուղղված քննադատություններ և ակնարկներ այն մասին, որ այդ կարողությունը ձեռք է բերվել ապօրինի ճանապարհով։ Ըստ էության, պետք է փաստել, որ իսկապես էլ մեր աչքի առաջ կան պաշտոնյաներ, որոնց կարողությունը, մեղմ ասած, հարցեր է առաջացնում։

Սակայն խնդիրն այլ է, երբ այդ կարողությունը դառնում է քաղաքական գործոն, ավելի ճիշտ ոչ թե դառնում է, այլ որոշակի ընդդիմադիր շրջանակների կողմից փորձ է արվում շահարկել որպես այդպիսին։ Այս առումով թերևս պետք է նշել, որ քաղաքական և, մանսավորապես, ընդդիմադիր քննադատության մեջ պաշտոնյայի, քաղաքական մրցակցի կարողության քննադատությունը ամենաթույլ կետն է, որի շուրջ բացարձակապես չի կարելի կառուցել քաղաքական տեքստ։ Անկախ նրանից, թե մեր իրականության պաշտոնյաների կարողություններն ինչ ճանապարհով են ձեռք բերվել, ակնհայտ է, որ նույն այդ պաշտոնյաներն առնվազն բավականաչափ խելք ունեն՝ այդ ճանապարհները անտեսանելիության աստիճան քողարկելու համար։

Սա, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, թե պետք է աչք փակել այսօրինակ երևույթների վրա, սակայն մյուս կողմից, երբ քաղաքական քննադատության թիրախ է դառնում այդ կարողությունը, ապա կարելի է ասել այստեղ արդեն կորչում է քաղաքականությունն ընդհանրապես կամ որ ավելի վատ է՝ քննադատությունը ստանում է բամբասանքի բնույթ։

Սակայն մեր իրականության մեջ քիչ չեն այն գործիչները, որոնք այսուհանդերձ իշխանությանն ուղղված քննադատություններում հիմք են վերցնում հենց ունեցվածքի թեման. այստեղից էլ շրջանառության մեջ են դրվում «գող, թալանչի» իշխանություններ եզրույթները։ Բնականաբար սա բերում է ընդհանրապես քաղաքական տեքստի արժեզրկման, քանի որ համաձայնենք՝ ինչքան էլ այս կամ այն իշխանություն ունեցող պաշտոնյան ընդդիմության ասած «թալանով» է ձեռք բերել իր հարստությունը, միևնույն է, այս հարցի շուրջ չի կարող քաղաքական բանավեճ, առավել ևս քաղաքական գործընթաց ծավալվել։

Իրավիճակն, անշուշտ, բոլորվին այլ կլիներ, եթե այսօրինակ ոճի քննադատությամբ հանդես եկողները լայնածավալ հետազոտություններ անցկացնեին, հավաքեին փաստեր և դիմեին համապատասխան մարմիններին՝ որպես բացահայտում կամ չգիտեմ ինչ։ Սակայն, երբ այս քայլերին փոխարինում են էմոցիոնալ, և ինպես արդեն նշեցինք, բամբասանքի տարրեր ունեցող հայտարարությունները, ապա հասկանալի է՝ դրանք որևէ լուրջ հետևանք չեն կարող ունենալ։ Սա ի դեպ իր հերթին բերում է ընդհանրապես քաղաքական իրականության աղճատմանը, քանի որ օրինաչափ է դառնում այն, որ ընդդիմությունը պետք է քննադատի իշխանությանը, պաշտոնյային այսպես ասած «օդի մեջ», իհարկե, այս քննադատությունը պետք է համեմված լինի պաթոսով, զգայական արտահայտություններով՝ ինչպես օրինակ «նրանք թալանել են մեր փողերը, մեր երեխաների ապագան» և այլն։

Ցավալին այն է, որ այսօրինակ ընդդիմադիր տեքստերը ձևախեղում են ընդհանրապես ընդդիմության հասարակական ընկալումը՝ հասցնելով «ով ավելի լավ ու շատ է հայհոյում իշխանությանը, նա ավելի ընդդիմադիր է» մակարդակի։ Թերևս հենց այստեղից էլ բխում է հայաստանյան տարբեր ընտրությունների շարունակական անհաջողությունը, քանի որ «բոցաշունչ» հայտարարությունների և ելույթների ազդեցությունը, որպես կանոն, շատ կարճատև է, իսկ դրանց հաջորդող հանրային հիասթափությունը՝ շատ ավելի խորը և ցավոտ։
