Փոխհատուցման հիմնադրամից զոհված 2 զինծառայողի ընտանիք փոխհատուցում է ստացել

Մարտական հերթապահության ժամանակ զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների ընտանիքների փոխհատուցման հիմնադրամից երկու զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիք արդեն փոխհատուցում ստացել է: «Բացի միանվագ գումարից, նրանք արդեն ստանում են նաև իրենց ամսական գումարները: Կարծում եմ, որ հաջորդ շաբաթ ևս երկուսը կամ երեքը կսկսեն ստանալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հայտնեց նախարարը:

Նա հստակեցրեց, որ օրենքը հստակ սահմանում է, թե որ դեպքերում է տվյալ փոխհատուցումը հասնում զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողի ընտանիքին: «Կան բազմաթիվ հանգամանքներ, որոնք կարող են հստակեցվել դատական գործի ավարտից հետո: Դուք գիտեք, որ ամեն միջադեպի հետ կապված հարուցվում է քրեական գործ տարբեր հոդվածներով: Մինչև չավարտվի քրեական գործի քննությունը, պաշտպանության նախարարությունը չի կարող որոշել, որ դա ապահովագրվող դեպք է: Այսինքն, պետք է լինի իրավական հիմք»,- մանրամասնեց նախարարը:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանը վստահեցրեց, որ մարտական հերթապահության ընթացքում զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած որևէ զինծառայողի ընտանիք պաշտպանության նախարարության ուշադրությունից երբեք դուրս չի մնացել ու չի մնալու: Նրա խոսքով` նույնիսկ եթե փոխհատուցման հիմնադրամի գումարն այդ ընտանիքներին հասնի մեկ ամիս հետո, պաշտպանության նախարարությունն այդ ընթացքում որոշակի քայլեր կկատարի: 

Ազգային ժողովը 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 16-ին երրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունել է «ՀՀ պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը և կից օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը: «Զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին հատուցում տալու» օրենսդրական փաթեթով ստեղծվել է հիմնադրամ, որի համար ամեն ամիս աշխատող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու աշխատավարձից 1000 դրամ գանձվում է: Մարտական հերթապահության ընթացքում զոհված կամ առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին հիմնադրամը կփոխհատուցի միանվագ 10 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամ ճանաչված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին` 5 միլիոն դրամ:
