Արձանների մաքրման աշխատանքները տեխնիկական առումով ոչ միշտ են խրախուսվում. Մշակույթի նախարարություն

Պատմության և մշակույթի հուշարձանների պահպանության գործակալության պետի կարծիքով՝ հուշարձանների մաքրման աշխատանքները չպետք է լինեն պարտադիր ծրագրավորված: Դրանց մաքրումը երբեմն կարող է բացասական հետևանք ունենալ: Այնուամենայնիվ, նախարարության հետ համաձայնությամբ՝ համայնքները երբեմն իրականացնում են մաքր ման աշխատանքներ: Վերջին աշխատանքները տեղի են ունեցել 1-2 տարի առաջ: Այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության աշխատակազմի պատմության և հուշարձանների պահպանության գործակալության պետ Արմեն Աբրոյանը:

«Ներկայումս հուշարձանների մաքրման, լվացման աշխատանքներ արվում են ոչ կայուն մոտեցմամբ: Մշակույթի նախարարությունը չունի բյուջետային պլանավորված  հստակ ծրագրեր,  բայց դրանք համայնքների կողմից երբեմն մաքրվում են: Օրինակ՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն ուներ «Մաքուր Երևան» ծրագիրը: Նախարարությունը ևս համագործակցեց,  որպեսզի աշխատանքները լինեն մեթոդապես ճիշտ լուծումով: Աջակցություն ցուցաբերեցինք մասնագետներ ուղարկելով: Շատերն ուզում են հուշարձանները մաքրել սովորական ջրով, բայց դրանք պետք է մաքրել առնվազն թորած ջրով, նյութերով: Սակայն ոչ միշտ են մաքրման աշխատանքները խրախուսվում զուտ տեխնիկական առումով: Օրինակ՝ տուֆի մաքրումը կարող է հանգեցնել նյութի կարծրացած մակերեսների թուլացման, ինչը խոցելի է դարձնում շինությունը»,-ասաց Արմեն Աբրոյանն ու նշեց՝ ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում է, որ հուշարձանը պետք է մաքուր երևա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ մարզերում առկա են ավելի հին, միջնադարյան կառույցներ, հուշարձաններ, որտեղ ևս մաքրման աշխատանքները պետք է լինեն պարտադիր ծրագրավորված:

Սխալ մաքրման պատճառով վնասված արձաններից Աբրոյանը հիշեց մեկ դեպք Կոմայգու տարածքում, երբ մաքրման հետքերից հետո հրավիրել է մասնագետ, ով անմիջապես  համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ մաքրել է:  Շարունակական սխալ մաքրումը կարող է վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ:

Համայնքները արձանների, հուշարձանների մաքրման աշխատանքները նախօրոք համաձայնեցնում են մշակույթի նախարարության հետ: Աբրոյանի խոսքով՝ նախարարության բյուջեի սղության պատճառով արձանների մաքրման հարցում նախապատվությունը տալիս է տեղական իշխանությունների բյուջեներին:

«Տեղական, մարզային իշխանությունները պետական միջոցներով պետք է կատարեն մաքրման բյուջետային ծախսերը»,- ասաց Արմեն Աբրոյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին անգամ մաքրման աշխատանքներ եղել են 1-2 տարի առաջ: Նախարարությունը թեև քիչ բյուջեով, բայց ունի նաև հուշարձանների ամրակայման, նորոգման և վերականգնման ծրագիր: Վերականգնողական աշխատանքների ընթացքում հաշվի են առնվում կոնսերվացումը, մաքրումը, իսկ բուսական գոյացությունների մաքրումն արվում է ամեն տարի:
