ՍԴ-ն ապրիլի 25-ին կքննի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ կապված Կոնգրես- ՀԺԿ դաշինքի դիմումը

Սահմանադրական դատարանը ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու վերաբերյալ Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի դիմումի քննությունը կսկսի ապրիլի 25-ին:

ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի մամուլի խոսնակ Հովհաննես Պապիկյանը նշեց, որ դիմումն ընդունելուց հետո 15 օրվա ընթացքում Սահմանադրական դատարանը պետք է քննարկի այն և որոշում կայացնի:

«Սահմանադրական դատարանն ապրիլի 14-ին ստացել է դաշինքի դիմումը, ապրիլի 25-ին կմեկնարկի դիմումի քննությունը, սակայն այս պահին ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել, թե կոնկրետ երբ կլինի որոշումը: Քանի որ դիմումն ընդունել ենք ապրիլի 14-ին, որոշումը հրապարակելու վերջնաժամկետն ապրիլի 29-ն է, բայց կարող է որոշումը լինե լ այդ օրը կամ դրանից առաջ»,- պարզաբանեց Պապիկյանը:

Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքը ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու վերաբերյալ դիմումը Սահմանադրական դատարան ներկայացրել է ապրիլի 14-ին: Սահմանադրական դատարանը պարտավոր է առավելագույնը 15 օրվա ընթացքում քննել դիմումը:

Քանի որ Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքը ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու դիմում է ներկայացրել Սահմանադրական դատարան, ապա նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստը կգումարվի Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումից հետո երրորդ հինգշաբթի օրը: Այսինքն, եթե ՍԴ-ն որոշումը կայացնի ապրիլի 25-26-ը, ապա նոր ԱԺ-ի առաջին նիստը կկայանա մայիսի 11-ին, իսկ եթե որոշումը հրապարակվի ապրիլի 27-29-ը, ապա նոր ԱԺ-ի առաջին նիստը կկայանա մայիսի 18-ին:

Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները կայացել են 2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ին: Ընտրությունների արդյունքներով խորհրդարան են անցել 4 քաղաքական ուժ` ՀՀԿ-ն, ՀՅԴ, «Ելք» դաշինքը և «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը:   Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը կողմ է քվեարկել 770 հազար 441,  «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին`  428 հազար 836, «Ելք» դաշինքին` 122 հազար 65, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն կուսակցությանը  103 հազար 48 ընտրող:  ՀՀԿ-ն քվեարկության արդյունքներով նորընտիր խորհրդարանում կունենա 58, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը՝ 31, «Ելք» դաշինքը 9, ՀՅԴ-ն՝ 7 մանդատ:
