 Ստամբուլի Հանրապետական դատախազության կողմից պոլսահայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով կազմած մեղադրական եզրակացության մեջ տեղ են գտել տեղեկություններ հանցանքի իրականացման ընթացքի, մարդասպան Օգյուն Սամասթի և ժանդարմերիայի միջև եղած կապի, ինչպես նաև հանցանքի մեջ ներգրավված այլ անձանց վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:

Մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ ժանդարմերիան հետևել է Սամասթին, երբ վերջինս Տրապիզոնից Ստամբուլ է գնացել: Տրապիզոնի ժանդարմերիայի հետախուզական բաժնի աշխատակիցներ Օքան Շիմշեքը և Վեյսել Շահինը 2006 թվականի հուլիսին Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալի բարեկամ Չոշքուն Իղջիի միջոցով արդեն ունեցել են տեղեկություն այն մասին, որ Հայալը ծրագրում է սպանել պոլսահայ լրագրողին:

Տրապիզոնի ժանդարմերիայի աշխատակիցները, կապ հաստատելով Ստամբուլի հետաքննական վարչության տնօրինության հետ, տեղեկացրել են հանցագործության նախապատրաստման և դրա իրականացման վայրի մասին:

2006 թվականի օգոստոսի 9-ին Տրապիզոնի ժանդարմերիայի հրամանատարության աշխատակիցները հետախուզել են Դինքի` Բաքըրքյոյ թաղամասում գտնվող բնակարանի շրջակայքը: Դրանից կարճ ժամանակ անց Օքան Շիմշեքը և Վեյսել Շահինը Իղջիին ասել են. «Յասին Հայալը նման բան չի անի, մեր վերահսկողության տակ է, մենք հոգ ենք տարել այդ մասին»: Այնուհետև նրանք դադարեցրել են համագործակցությունը Իղջիի հետ:

2006 թվականի նոյեմբերի 15-ին Տրապիզոնի ժանդարմերիայի աշխատակիցներ Ունսալ Գյուրելը և Ռեսուլ Քյութուքօղլուն մարդասպան Օգյուն Սամասթի հետ հեռախոսազրույց են ունեցել, ապա հանդիպել Քարադենիզի տեխնիկական համալսարանի մոտակայքում:

Տրապիզոնի ժանդարմերիայի հրամանատարությունում աշխատող Ահմեթ Ֆարուք Այդողանի հեռախոսահամարը Օգյուն Սամասթի հեռախոսում գրանցված է եղել «հրամանատար» անունով:
