Այսօր՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, ՀՀ-ում ԼՂՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչության խորհրդական-խորհրդատու Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը, խոսելով խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասին, նկատեց. «Անկախությունից հետո առաջին ընտրությունն էր, որից հետո հետընտրական զարգացումներ չեղան»,- հայտնում է ORER.am-ը:
 
Անդրադառնալով այն տեսակետներին, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա մեծ ազդեցություն է ունեցել ընտրակաշառքների բաժանումը՝ Գ.Իսագուլյանը չհամաձայնեց.
 
«Ինչ խոսք, նման երևույթներ հայաստանյան ընտրական իրականության մեջ առկա են, ու որևէ մեկը դա չի բացառում, բայց դրանք միանշանակ չեն ունեցել այն ազդեցությունը, որ կարողանային էականորեն փոխել ընտրությունների արդյունքները»:
 
Ըստ Գ.Իսագուլյանի՝ ՀՀԿ-ն հաջողություն ունեցավ, որովհետև կատարեց եռաշերտ աշխատանք: Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՀԿ-ն բոլոր ընտրատարածքներում շտաբներ էր ձևավորել, վարկանիշային թեկնածուներն ունեին իրենց առանձին շտաբները, ՀՀԿ-ն բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերում կազմակերպել էր նաև ընդհանրական շտաբներ. «Սրանց գումարվեց նաև ՀՀ նախագահ, ՀՀԿ-ի առաջնորդ Սերժ Սարգսյանի անհատական աշխատանքը բոլոր 13 ընտրատարածքներում գրանցված թեկնածուների հետ՝ չնայած նրան, որ նախագահն ուներ բավականին ծանր գրաֆիկ:
 
Սրա մասին չի խոսվել, բայց ես կարող եմ ասել, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն անձնապես հանդիպել է ՀՀԿ-ից առաջադրված բոլոր թեկնածուների հետ»:
 
Բանախոսը կարծում է, որ թեև ՀՀԿ-ն կարող է միանձնյա ստեղծել կառավարություն, բայց մնալու է իր խոսքին հավատարիմ՝ կոալիցիա կազմելով ՀՅԴ-ի հետ:
