Բժշկական հաշտարարի ինստիտուտի ներդրման հայաեցակարգի նախագիծը պատրաստ կլինի մինչև մայիսի 25-ը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Աշխատանքային խումբը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանին ներկայացրել է այդ ուղղությամբ նախատեսվող առաջիկա միջոցառումներն ու ժամանակացույցը։
 
Նախարարին զեկուցվել է, որ բժշկական հաշտարարի ինստիտուտի նեդրման հայեցակարգի նախագիծը մշակելուց առաջ ևս մեկ անգամ կուսումնասիրվի աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների փորձը, ինչպես նաև հաշվի կառնվեն Հայաստանի առողջապահության ոլորտում ընթացող բարեփոխումներն ու դրանցից բխող զարգացումները։
 
«Հոկտեմբերից մեր երկրում կներդրվի սոցիալապես անապահով և առանձին խմբերի բնակիչների բժշկական ապահովագրությունը։ Նրանց բժշկական ծառայություններ կմատուցեն բուժաշխատողները, իսկ վճարումը կկատարեն ապահովագրական ընկերությունները։ Մեր խնդիրն է, որ ստեղծված այս նոր իրավիճակում բողոքի դեպքում քաղաքացին իմանա, թե ում պետք է դիմի»,-ասել է Լևոն Ալթունյանը` կարևորելով անկախ մարմնի` բժշկական հաշտարարի արդար և թափանցիկ գործունեությունը։
 
«Մեր բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները, իրավական ակտերի տրամաբանությունը պետք է ուղղված լինեն նրան, որ բժշկական հաշտարարի ինստիտուտն ունենա հեղինակություն և վայելի բնակչության վստահությունը։ Իսկ հաշտարարը պետք է լինի սկզբունքային, անաչառ և հետևողական»,- ասել է նախարարը։
 
Լևոն Ալթունյանին ներկայացվել է այդ ուղղությամբ իրավական դաշտի ապահովման նախանշվող զարգացումները։ Նշվել է, որ համաձայն ժամանակացույցի բժշկական հաշտարարի ինստիտուտի ներդրման հայաեցակարգի նախագիծը պատրաստ կլինի մինչև մայիսի 25-ը։
 
Քննարկման ընթացքում կարևորվել է ինչպես բուժառուների, այնպես էլ բուժաշխատողների պաշտպանվածության ապահովումը։ Նախարար Ալթունյանը որպես այդ խնդրի կարգավորման դեղատոմս նշել է կլինիկական ուղեցույցների և հիվանդի վարման գործելակարգերի ներդրումը։ Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ շարունակական այդ աշխատանքը կավարտվի երեք տարվա ընթացքում։ Այժմ տեղայնացվում են արդեն իսկ թարգմանված 215 ուղեցույցներն ու շուրջ 100 գործելակարգերը»։
