Օդեսայում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսը Ցեղասպանության 102-րդ տարելիցի առնչությամբ հարցազրույց է տվել տեղական լրատվամիջոցներին

Օդեսայում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Հայկ Ղուլյանը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 102-րդ տարելիցի, դրա շրջանակներում կազմակերպվող միջոցառումների խորհրդի, ինչպես նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման և դատապարտման վերաբերյալ հարցազրույց է տվել Օդեսայի «Գլաս», «Ստրանա Սովետով» և «Պլյուս» հեռուստաալիքներին:

Հարցազրույցում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսը մանրամասն անդրադարձել է Օսմանյան կայսրությունում 19-րդ դարավերջին և 20-րդ դարասկզբին տեղի ունեցած գործընթացներին, հայերի դեմ իրագործված ցեղասպան քաղաքականությանը և դրա հետևանքներին:  

Անդրադառնալով Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի շրջանակներում կազմակերպված բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներին և ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսը, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ «որպես 20-րդ դարի առաջին ցեղասպանություն վերապրած ժողովուրդ, մենք մեր դիվանագիտական ջանքերն ուղղում ենք ոչ միայն Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ուղղությամբ, այլև միջազգային հարթակում գործադրում ենք առավելագույն ջանքեր ցեղասպանությունների և մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման մեխանիզմների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ»:

ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսը, միաժամանակ, նշել է, որ «Հայ ժողովուրդը ցեղասպանության իրագործման համար չի մեղադրում ողջ թուրք ժողովրդին, այլ մեղադրում է Օսմանյան կայսրության այն տարիների իշխանությանը, ովքեր իրականացրել են այդ ոճրագործությունը, ինչպես նաև Թուրքիայի ներկայիս իշխանություններին, ովքեր ամեն կերպ ժխտում են ցեղասպանության փաստը»:

Հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հեռանկարների մասին հարցին ի պատասխան, ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը ընդգծել է, որ «Հայաստանը միշտ կողմնակից է եղել առանց որևէ նախապայմանների Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը։ Մեր մոտեցումը կայանում է նրանում, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը, նախևառաջ, սեփական պատմությանն առերեսվելու և այն ընդունելու, ինչպես նաև սեփական ժողովրդին ճշմարտությունը ներկայացնելու հարց է:

Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը, անշուշտ, պատմական արդարության վերականգնում է, ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի հարգում, զոհերի, ովքեր ենթարկվեցին անմարդկային տանջանքների զուտ հայ լինելու պատճառով:

Հայաստանն իր քաղաքականությունը կառուցում է տարածաշրջանում համագործակցության հաստատման, այլ ոչ թե բաժանարար գծերի արմատավորման տրամաբանության շրջանակներում, սակայն, ցավոք, մեր հարևան երկրի իշխանությունն ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ՝ առավել ևս այժմ չի կիսում մեր այդ տեսլականը»:
