Հայաստանում կամավորական գործունեության և կամավոր աշխատանքի ինստիտուտի ձևավորման լիարժեք իրավական հիմքերի ապահովման նպատակով մշակել և ներդրվել են կամավորական գործունեության և կամավոր աշխատանք կատարելու հետ կապված հարաբերությունների նոր կարգավորումների հայեցակարգային հիմքերը: 

Այս մասին ապրիլի 29-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց  ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: Նրա խոսքով` այժմ այդ ուղղությամբ տարվում են համապատասխան օրենքի նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքները:

«Շատ էական եմ համարում այս գործընթացը, քանի որ նախատեսում ենք, որ կամավորականությունը նույնպես զարգանա: Նախատեսում ենք որոշակի մեխանիզմներ, որպեսզի երիտասարդները, ընդգրկվելով կամավորականության շրջանակներում, ունենան հնարավորություն ձեռք բերված համապատասխան գիտելիքներն օգտագործելու հետագա աշխատանքներում»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Ասատրյանը նշեց նաև, որ գերփոքր ձեռնարկատիրությամբ զբաղվող գործատուների համար աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների կարգավորման առումով ճկուն մեխանիզմներ և առանձնահատկություններ նախատեսելու նպատակով առաջարկվել է ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում կատարել համապատասխան լրացումներ։ «Շեշտադրումը կատարել էինք գերփոքր կազմակերպությունների համար, որպեսզի նրանց կարողանանք ազատել հնարավոր վարչարարությունից: Արմատական վերանայում ենք տեսնում ոչ միայն ՓՄՁ-ների, այլ նաև մյուս կազմակերպությունների հետ կապված` հավասարակշռելու աշխատողի և գործատուի իրավունքները, նաև ստեղծելու հնարավորություններ, որպեսզի հետագա արդյունքի վրա բեռ չլինի վարչարարությունը»,- հավելեց Ասատրյանը:
