Վեդի քաղաքում բոլորը գիտեն ապրիլյան պատերազմում զոհված Անդրանիկ Զոհրաբյանի ընտանիքին. համեստ, կիրթ մի ընտանիք, որտեղ ապրել է մերօրյա հերոս, կապիտան Արմենակ Ուրֆանյանի արծիվներից մեկը:

Այսօր Անդրանիկի ծննդյան օրն է, նա կդառնար 21 տարեկան, եթե ճակատագիրն այլ կերպ չդասավորվեր:

«Նրանք գրագետ ու համառ կռիվ են տվել, Ուրֆանյանի շնորհիվ շատ ճիշտ են կազմակերպել դիրքի պաշտպանությունը ու ամբողջ դաշտը վերցրել են խաչաձև կրակի տակ: Հրամանատարներն էլ ասում են, որ հաճախ չի ստացվում նման ձևով մարտ վարել ու մինչև վերջ տանել, բայց նրանց հաջողվել է: Երկու գրոհից հետո անգամ վիրավոր չեն ունեցել: Խրամատի ձախ հատվածում մարտը վարել է կապիտան Ուրֆանյանը, նրա կողքին եղել է Քյարամը, Անդրանիկն ու Ռոբերտը եղել են աջակողմյան հատվածում, մյուս տղաները՝ միջնամասում: Հակառակորդը հրետանի է կիրառել, ապա՝ ծանր տեխնիկա: Յոթ հոգով կարողացել են երկու անգամ հետ շպրտել հակառակորդին: Ուրֆանյանը խոցել է հակառակորդի տանկն ու ականազերծող զրահամեքենան, կռվել են  թշնամու ինտենսիվ հրետակոծության տակ՝ ոչ մի քայլ չնահանջելով: Տղաները պատմում են, որ երկրորդ գրոհի ժամանակ ձախ կողմի խրամաբջիջից լսվել է Ուրֆանյանի ձայնը, թե՝  «ապրես, Անդո ջան, ցավդ տանեմ, հալալ ա, էդպես պահի»: Չորսով իսկապես մեծ գործ են արել, ու պատահական չէ, որ այսօր նրանց՝ չորս եղբայրներին համարում են Մարտակերտի փրկիչներ:
