Կառավարությունը ձեռք կբերի 1000 հատ նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ

ՀՀ կառավարությունը 180 միլիոն դրամ է հատկացնելու «Հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների ներդրման գրասենյակ»-ին` 1000 հատ նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ-ներ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: Այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության մայիսի 4-ի նիստի օրակարգում: Միջոցները կտրամադրվեն կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից:

Ներկա պահին նշված ՊՈԱԿ-ի տրամադրության տակ առկա հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների քանակությունն ավարտվում է և անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել ձեռք բերել շուրջ 1000 հատ հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաներ: Խնդիրը, սակայն, այն է, որ ՊՈԱԿ-ը չունի բավարար ֆինանսական միջոցներ՝ հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների ձեռքբերումն ու ներմուծումը սեփական միջոցներով կազմակերպելու համար:

Ընդ որում, «Հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների ներդրման գրասենյակ»-ի մոտ անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցների բացակայությունը պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ գործող կարգի համաձայն (ՀՀ կառավարության 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 3-ի N 662-Ն որոշում)՝ ՀԴՄ-ները որոշակի խմբերի հարկ վճարողներին տրամադրվում են էական զեղչ գներով կամ անհատույց:

Տվյալ բնագավառում կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող քաղաքականությունն ուղղված է նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ-ների համատարած ներդրմանը, ինչը հնարավորություն կընձեռի բարձրացնել հարկային վարչարարության արդյունավետությունը, կրճատել ստվերային շրջանառությունները:
