Եվրոպական դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի խոսնակը հայտարարություն է տարածել Երևանում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի փակման կապակցությամբ: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարության տեքստն ամբողջությամբ:

«Մենք գնահատում ենք ԵԱՀԿ-ում նախագահող երկրների' Գերմանիայի, իսկ այժմ արդեն Ավստրիայի շարունակական ջանքերը Երևանում ԵԱՀԿ-ի գրասենյակի մանդատը երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ ԵԱՀԿ որոշման մեջ տեղ գտած ձևակերպումների շուրջ ծագած խնդիրը հարթելու ուղղությամբ:

Մենք աջակցություն ենք ցուցաբերել այդ հարցում:

Մանդատի երկարաձգման հարցում համաձայնության հասնելը մեծագույն կարևորություն ունի:

ԵԱՀԿ-ի առաքելությունները կարևոր դեր են խաղում ԵԱՀԿ-ի սկզբունքները կյանքի կոչելու հարցում: Եվրոպական միությունը լիովին հանձնառու է և աջակցում է ԵԱՀԿ-ի գործունեությանը: Երևանում ԵԱՀԿ-ի գրասենյակը, որը մեծ արժեք ունի ԵԱՀԿ-ի համար առհասարակ, այժմ վտանգված է: Երևանի գրասենյակը Հարավային Կովկասում ԵԱՀԿ-ի վերջին ներկայացուցչությունն է: Եվրամիությունը աջակցում է Հարավային Կովկասի բոլոր երկրներում ԵԱՀԿ-ի նշանակալից ներկայությանը: Երևանում ԵԱՀԿ-ի գրասենյակը կարևոր դեր ունի իրեն հյուրընկալող երկրի' Հայաստանի կարիքները բավարարելու տեսանկյունից:

Ադրբեջանի բարձրացրած մտահոգությունը, թե Երևանի գրասենյակը չպետք է ներգրավված լինի հակամարտության հետ առնչվող գործունեության մեջ, իր արտացոլումն է գտել ավստրիական նախագահության առաջարկած ձևակերպումներում, և հյուրընկալ երկիրը ընդունել է այդ լուծումը: Այն, որ դա ևս արդյունք չի տվել հիասթափեցնող է:

Ստեղծված փակուղային իրավիճակին հանգեցրած ձևակերպումների խնդիրը չպետք է Երևանի գրասենյակի մանդատի երկարաձգման խոչընդոտ դառնա:
