Մենուա Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կարեն Կարապետյանի վարչապետ նշանակվելուց սկիզբ է դրվել նոր ֆեյք օրակարգ,որը նպատակ է հետապնդում արհեստական հակասություններ և տարաձայնություններ ստեղծել,նախագահի և վարչապետի միջև հիմնականում շահարկելով այն խնդիրը , թե 2018 թվականին Կարեն Կարապետյանը կմնա վարչապետի պաշտոնում: 
Սա մտածացին և կեղծ օրակարգ է, քանզի ակնհայտ երևում է ,որ նախագահը կատարել է դերերի և ֆունկցիաների բաշխում ՝ իրեն վերապահելով մեր պետության անվտանգության, արտաքին քաղաքականության գերակա խնդիրները, իսկ վարաչետին բացարձակ լիազորություներ՝ տնտեսական կյանքի կառավարման հարցում: Այս բաժանումը արտացոլվեց նաև ՀՀԿ նախընտրական գործընթացում, երբ նախագահը ՀՀԿ-ի կարգախոսի՝ անվտանգության, իսկ վարչապետը՝ նույն կարգախոսի առաջնըթացի պատախանատուներն էին:

Իրականում ամեն բան շատ պարզ է. Սերժ Սարգսյանը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի քաղաքական էլիտայի առաջնորդը , ով հնարավորություն է տվել Կարեն Կարապետյանին վարչապտի պաշտոնում ծառայել մեր պետականությանը, և եթե պարոն Կարապետյանը ակնառու և հասարակության բոլոր շերտերին հասկանալի տնտեսական հաջողություններ արձանագրի,ապա կարող է 2018 թվականից հետո ևս զբաղեցնել վարչապետի պաշտոնը,իսկ եթե ձախողվի, կարծում եմ, առանց որևէ միջնորդությունների կամ պահանջի ինքը կհրաժարվի պաշտոնավարել:

Ի դեպ, ցանկացած վարչապետի ձախողում Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու ձախողումն է , հետևաբար մենք պետք է հաջողություններ մաղթենք գործող վարչապետին՝ փորձելով աջակցել նրան դուրս բերել Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը իր իսկ ձևակերպած շատ ծանր վիճակից:
