Պատրաստման եղանակը

1. Պետք է սկսել սոխից: Սոխը կտրատել կիսալուսնաձև և տապակել բուսայուղի մեջ՝ մինչև ոսկեգույն դառնալը:

2. Հետո ավելացնել նախօրոք մեծ կտորների կտրատած տավարի միսը:

3. Մսին և սոխին ավելացնել գազարը: Գազարը պետք է կտրատել մեծ, երկար շերտերի տեսքով: Աղ ցանել և լավ տապակել:

4. Սոխի, մսի և գազարի վրա այնքան եռացրած ջուր լցնել, որպեսզի այն մի քանի սանտիմետր ծածկի բաղադրիչները: Դրանից հետո ցածր կրակի վրա եփել արգանակը: Ինչքան ավելի երկար այն եփվի, այնքան ավելի համեղ կստացվի փլավը:

5. Գալիս է ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչի ժամանակը: Բրինձը պետք է լինի պինդ տեսակի և երկարահատիկ: Այն պետք է լավ լվանալ:

6. Բրինձը լցնելուց առաջ պետք է անպայման փորձել արգանակը: Աղը պետք է մի քիչ շատ լինի, քան սովորական ապուրի մեջ:

7. Հիմա պետք է ավելացնել բրինձն արգանակի մեջ և վրան նորից եռացրած ջուր լցնել: Ջուրը մի քանի սմ պետք է ծածկի բրինձը: Կրակը մի փոքր բարձրացնել. սպասել՝ մինչև բրինձն ամբողջությամբ քաշի ջուրը:

8. Երբ ջուրը քաշվում է, կրակը պետք է իջեցնել, կափարիչով ծածկած վիճակում եփել 20 րոպե, անջատել: Խառնել և թողնել այդպես ևս 10 րոպե: Փլավը պատրաստ է:
