Չեխիայում ձերբակալվել է ռուսաստանցի քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը, ով, պարզվել է, հայկական դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունի: Թաթուլյանը տեղաշարժվում է Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանատան տրամադրած 138 D 307 77 RUS համարանիշով ավտոմեքենայով: Այս առնչությամբ EADaily-ն հրապարակել է Kavkazoved.info-ի հոդվածը Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի նորանշանակ դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանի մասին:

Հայաստանի դեսպանատան աղբյուրն անանունության պայմանով պորտալի հետ զրույցում պատմել է, որ նոր դեսպանը որոշ կոմերցիոն կառույցներից պահանջել է ազատել Հայաստանի դեսպանատանը պատկանող տարածքները և փաստացի զինված դիմադրության է հանդիպել: Տողանյանը Երևանի ու Մոսկվայի տարբեր հայկական խմբերի կողմից լուրջ ճնշման տակ է հայտնվել:

Բանը հասել է նրան, որ դեսպանատան շենքում անօրինական գործունեություն ծավալողներին հեռացնելու համար օգտագործվել են չեչենական մասնավոր թեիկնազորային խմբեր: Տողանյանը մի քանի անգամ ստիպված է եղել գիշերով դեսպանատուն գնալ այդ վարձակալների հետ բանակցությունների համար:

Տողանյանը նաև չեղյալ է արել մի շարք քրեական խմբերին տրված դիվանագիտական համարանիշերը: Մասնավորապես, վերջին մեկ ամսում մոտ 20 համարանիշեր են չեղյալ արվել: Տողանյանը դեսպանատանը խորհրդակցություններից մեկի ժամանակ սպառնացել է սոցիալական ցանցերում հրապարակել դիվանագիտական համարներով երթևեկողների ու նրանց հովանավորների անունները:

Կարգի բերելով հյուպատոսական հաստատությունները, որտեղ տարատեսակ գանձումները սովորական երևույթ էին, պարզվել է, որ մինչև վերջերս մի շարք ռուսական քաղաքներում տեղական քրեական խմբավորումների հետ համագործակցությամբ հյուպատոսական ուղեկցման ծառայություն է գործել: Պարզվել է, օրինակ, հյուպատոսարաններում գումար են գանձել անգամ զուգարան այցելելու համար: Փաստաթղթերի ձեւակերպման միջոցով անօրինական ստվերային շրջանառությունը կազմել է տարեկան մի քանի հարյուր հազար ռուբլի:

Այդ մեքենայությունների մասին չեն իմացել ոչ դեսպանատանը, ոչ էլ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում: Ըստ որոշ տվյալների, անօրինական բիզնեսների տանիքը Մոսկվայում նախկին հյուպատոսն էր, որին աշխատանքի են տեղափոխել Հայաստանի Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտե:

Այս սխեմայի բացահայտումից հետո նոր դեսպանի հասցեին սկսել են սպառնալիքներ հնչել: Այդ պատճառով Տողանյանը վերջին ժամանակներս ստիպված է թիկնապահներով շրջել:

Վերջերս մերձմոսկովյան ռեստորաններից մեկում հավաքի ժամանակ Տողանյանը հասկացնել է տվել, որ շարունակելու է կոշտ գիծ վարել, և ոչ ոք իրեն չի կանգնեցնի, գրում է Kavkazoved.info-ն:
