Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը մայիսի 17-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի պատվիրակությանը` մաքսային ոլորտի մասնագետ Միշել Ժարնովիեցկու գլխավորությամբ:

Քննարկելով Հայաստանի հարկային և մաքսային ոլորտներում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները՝ անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև առաջիկա ծրագրերին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Սամվել Ավետիքյանը ներկայացրել է մաքսային բարեփոխումների նոր փուլում մեկ հարթակ ձևավորելու գաղափարը, որտեղ կկենտրոնացվեն ինչպես մաքսային ծառայության, այնպես էլ տարբեր գերատեսչությունների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունները. ««Մեկ կանգառ, մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքով սահմանահատողը կկարողանա կարճ ժամանակում իրականացնել բոլոր գործընթացները մեկ վայրում՝ մաքսային հսկողությունից մինչև տարբեր գերատեսչություններից հավաստագրերի ստացում: Արդյունքում կնվազեն կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը, փոխարենը հարմարավետ պայմաններում բարձրորակ սպասարկում կապահովվի»:

Կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանն, անդրադառնալով կոմիտեի կատարած վարչարարական և օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներին, առանձնացրել է մաքսային արժեքի որոշման ընթացակարգերի հստակեցումը, մաքսային հսկողության համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի թվի կրճատումն ու հսկողությունը հետբացթողումային փուլ տեղափոխելը. «Ներկա փուլում էապես կատարելագործվում է էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգի կիրառումը մաքսային համակարգում: ԱՏԳ մասնակիցն իր գրասենյակից միանգամից կարող է մաքսային հայտարարագրում իրականացնել»: Վախթանգ Միրումյանը նաև շեշտել է մաքսային հսկողության համար ռիսկերի կառավարման համակարգի ներդրման ու կատարելագործման կարևորությունը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում մաքսային ընթացակարգերի կազմակերպմանը և ընդունված իրավական ակտերի կիրառմանը:

Ընդգծելով փոխգործակցության կարևորությունը՝ կողմերը երկուստեք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել շարունակելու գործնական արդյունավետ հանդիպումները:
