Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արարատի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի և 244 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում պազվել է՝ մայիսի 13-ին Երևան-Երասխավան ավտոճանապարին տեղի ունեցած խոշոր ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահածների, 2 ավտոմեքենաների վարորդների և վիրավորի ինքնությունը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, ВАЗ 2108-ը հաշվառված է եղել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Գետաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ, 35-ամյա Գայ Մխիթարյանի անվամբ, որի վարորդը մեքենան թողնելով վթարի վայրում՝ հեռացել է այնտեղից: ГАЗ 2705-ը վարել է Սյունիքի մարզի Ույծ գյուղի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Կարեն Պողոսյանը, իսկ ВАЗ 2106-ը Արարատի մարզի Արմաշ գյուղի բնակիչ, 48-ամյա Լյովա Շահվերդյանը: Վթարի հետևանքով Լ. Շահվերդյանը և ուղևոր, համագյուղացի, 41-ամյա Լավրենտ Սինանյանը տեղում մահացել են, իսկ Կ. Պողոսյանի ուղևոր, Սիսիան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 46-ամյա Հովհաննես Նիկողոսյանը մարմական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Արարատի բժշկական կենտրոն:
