Ազատության հրապարակում նախքան իր ելույթը սկսելը ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հանրահավաքի մասնակիցներին և ասաց, որ երկրում առկա խնդիրները ոչ թե խոսքով են լուծվելու, այլ գործով,- այս մասին հայտնում է ORER.am-ը:ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն ասաց. «Ես ձեր դարդն ու ցավը գիտեմ և գիտեմ դրանց լուծման ձևը: Ես ձեզնից մեկն եմ: 2009-ից հետո, երբ առաջացավ համաշխարհային ճգնաժամը, Ծառուկյանն ասում էր, որ անհրաժեշտ է օգնություն, բայց որոշ մարդիկ ասում էին` Ծառուկյանը չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին: Արդյունքը եղավ այն, որ շատ կառույցներ հիմա փակվել են: Միլիոնավոր մարդիկ անաշխատանք են մնացել: Մինչև այսօր փակվում են այդ կրպակները, ձեռնարկությունները: Ժողովրդի վիճակը ծանր է: Այստեղ կանգնածների 90 տոկոսը բանկի տոկոսների տակ է»:Ծառուկյանը նշեց, որ պատրաստ են ցանկացած սցենարի, սակայն ոչ՝ «Մայդանի». «Ծառուկյանին չեն կարող վախեցնել, Ծառուկյանն ամեն ինչ տեսել, բայց չի կոտրվել: Ծառուկյանը մինչև վերջ իր գործն առաջ է տարել: Ճիշտ էին ասում` Ծառուկյանը չի գա, չի խոսի, իր ինչի՞ն է պետք: Այո, ճիշտ էին ասում, ինչի՞ն է պետք Ծառուկյանին` անցավ գլուխը դնել ցավի տակ, բայց պետք է մեկը լինի, ով ազգի մասին կմտածի: Մի մարդը չի կարող լավը լինել, ազգովի պետք է լավը լինել: Ծառուկյանը մինչև վերջ պահում է իր խոսքը հանուն ժողովրդի: Այսօր հաղթանակը մերն է: Որոշողը դուք եք: Այս հարցը ժողովրդինն է, ոչ թե Տեր-Պետրոսյանինը, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանինը կամ Ծառուկյանինը: Բոլորն էլ ուզում են լավ ապրել, դրա համար պետք է միասնական լինել: Նորից եմ ասում, ուժը ժողովրդի մեջ է: Ոչ մեկ չի համարձակվի ժողովրդին նեղացնել: Մենք ինչ անում ենք, օրինական ենք անում: Անհատական գործողություններ չպետք է լինեն: Ակնհայտ է, որ երկիրը գտնվում է ծանր վիճակում, որպես հետևանք մենք ունենք օր օրի ավելացող արտագաղթ: Այսօր իշխանությունը չի առաջարկում երկրի առողջացման խելամիտ ծրագիր, այլ առաջ է քաշում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գաղափարը, որ վերարտադրի իր կառավարումը»:Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտարարեց, որ այս հանրահավաքի ավարտից հետո նստացույց չի լինի, սակայն հենց այսօրվանից սկսած ողջ Հայաստանում սկսելու է համաժողովրդական շտաբների ձևավորում, որը համախմբելու է ժողովրդին. «Ես կարևորում եմ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու մասնակցությունը: Մենք շատ ժամանակ չունենք, անհրաժեշտ է այս խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամից դուրս գալ: Պետք է երկիրը տանել արտահերթ ընտրությունների, որովհետև միայն այդ փաստով երկիրը կհանենք ստեղծված իրավիճակից: Եթե իշխանություններն արհամարհեն մեր պայքարը, ապա ասեմ, որ մենք կպարտադրենք իշխանափոխություն և արտահերթ ընտրություններ»: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթով ընդդիմադիր երեք ուժերի համատեղ հանրահավաքն ավարտվեց և մեկնարկեց երթը մայրաքաղաքի գլխավոր պողոտաներով:
