Եռօրյա աշխատանքային այցով մայիսի 17-19-ին Ռումինիայում էր գտնվում Հայաստանի մշակույթի նախարարի տեղակալ Ներսես Տեր-Վարդանյանը, որը Բուխարեստում հանդիպումներ ունեցավ Ռումինիայի Մշակույթի եւ ազգային ինքնության նախարարության պետքարտուղարներ Ալեքսանդրու-Վասիլե Օպրեանի/Alexandru-Vasile Oprean, Էրվին Շիմշենսոնի/Erwin Șimșensohn, Ռումինիայի պատմության ազգային թանգարանի գլխավոր տնօրեն Էռնեստ Օբերլանդեր-Տըռնովեանուի/Ernest Oberländer-T&ac irc;rnoveanu եւ մշակույթի ոլորտի այլ պատասխանատուների հետ:

Զրույցների ընթացքում քննարկվեցին նախընթաց տարիներին ծավալված մշակութային արդյունավետ երկկողմ համագործակցությունն էլ ավելի ընդլայնելու, մասնավորապես կինոյի եւ գրահրատարակչության բնագավառում համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու հնարավորությունները` հենվելով ՀՀ եւ Ռումինիայի կառավարությունների միջեւ Մշակույթի, կրթության եւ գիտության ոլորտներում համագործակցության ծրագրի վրա: Առանձին քննարկման նյութ դարձավ ռումինահայ մշակութային հարուստ ժառանգության ուսումնասիրման, պահպանման եւ ներկայացման  հետ կապված համատեղ գործողությունների, մասնավորապես  Բուխարեստում անցկացվելիք «Արարատից Կարպատներ. Ռումինահայոց պատմական ժառանգությունը» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսի կազմակերպման հարցը:

Հանդիպումների ժամանակ կողմերը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեցին, որ Ռումինիայում գրեթե մեկ հազարամյակ առաջ հաստատված հայերը խոշոր ներդրում են բերել եւ շարունակում են մեծապես նպաստել Ռումինիայի հասարակական-քաղաքական, մշակութային, կրթական, գիտական եւ տնտեսական կյանքի զարգացմանը` տալով այդ ոլորտների փայլուն գործիչների մի իսկական համաստեղություն, միաժամանակ վայելելով ռումինական կառավարության աջակցությունը եւ ռումին հասարակության հարգանքը:

Այցի ընթացում ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի տեղակալն այցելեց Ռումինիայի Հայոց միություն եւ Հայոց եկեղեցի, Դուդյան թանգարան եւ գրադարան, «Արարատ» պարբերականի խմբագրատուն եւ «Արարատ» հրատարակչություն,  որտեղ մշակույթի բնագավառում համագործակցության հարցեր քննարկվեցին Ռումինիայի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Տ. Տաթեւ Եպս. Հակոբյանի, Ռումինիայի Հայոց միության նախագահ Վարուժան Ոսկանյանի, ՌՀՄ փոխնախագահ Վարուժան Փամբուկչյանի, ինչպես նաեւ արվեստի, գրականության, կինոյի եւ թատրոնի գործիչների հետ:

Բուխարեստ կատարած այցի շրջանակներում Ներսես Տեր-Վարդանյանն այցելեց նաեւ Ռումինիայի Հավաքածուների թանգարան, որտեղ առանձին սրահներով ցուցադրված են Հրանտ եւ Բեատրիս Ավագյանների, Կարապետ Ավագյանի եւ Հուրմուզ Ազնավորյանի հավաքածուները:

Հանդիպումներին մասնակցում էր Ռումինիայում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Համլետ Գասպարյանը:
