Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրին մանկությունից սովորեցրել են հիգիենայի տարրական կանոններին. ուտելուց առաջ լվանալ ձեռքերը, առավոտյան եւ քնելուց առաջ մաքրել ատամները եւ այլն: Բայց ոչ բոլոր ծնողներն են երեխաներին պատմում ինտիմ հատվածներում հիգիենայի կանոնների մասին, չնայած դրանց չհետեւելը կարող է բազմաթիվ տհաճ հիվանդությունների պատճառ դառնալ: Այդ մասին կպատմի գինեկոլոգ Մարինա Անանյանը:

«Ինտիմ առողջության համար ամենից տարրական եւ անհրաժեշտ պահանջը առավոտյան եւ երեկոյան, ինչպես նաեւ սեռական հարաբերությունից հետո պարտադիր լվացումներն են: Ինտիմ հատվածները լվանալու համար հարկավոր է վերցնել եռացրած գոլ ջուր:
