ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ում տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստան-ԵԽ Գործողությունների ծրագրի Ղեկավար կոմիտեի հանդիպումը

Երևանում մայիսի 23-ին կայացավ Հայաստան-Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ 2015-2018թթ. Գործողությունների ծրագրի Ղեկավար կոմիտեի հանդիպումը: Հանդիպման համանախագահողներն էին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Գլխավոր տնօրինության ծրագրերի գրասենյակի տնօրեն Վերենա Թեյլորը:

Քննարկումներին մասնակցեցին նաև Եվրոպայի խորհրդում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը, Հայաստանում ԵԽ գրասենյակի ղեկավար Նատալյա Վուտովան, Գործողությունների ծրագրում ներառված նախագծերին մասնակցող ՀՀ գերատեսչությունների բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչները, ԵԽ քարտուղարությունում և ԵԽ հայաստանյան գրասենյակում դրանց իրականացման պատասխանատուները:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Իր բացման խոսքում նախարարի տեղակալ Կ. Նազարյանը նշեց, որ Գործողությունների ծրագրի հաստատումից ի վեր իրականացվել են տասնյակ ծրագրեր, կազմակերպվել հարյուրավոր միջոցառումներ՝ ազգային և տարածաշրջանային ձևաչափերում, և որ այդ միջոցառումներն իրենց ուրույն տեղն ունեն Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ հարաբերությունների՝ կարողությունների բարձրացման բաղադրիչում, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպության առջև անդամակցությամբ ստանձնած հանձնառությունների կատարման առումով։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացվեցին մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու խթանման, արդարադատության ապահովման, իրավունքի գերակայության և ժողովրդավարական կառավարման ոլորտներում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ իրականացված ծրագրերի կատարման արդյունքները: Հայկական կողմը վերահաստատեց իր պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու սերտ համագործակցությունը Գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման ուղղությամբ: 

Տեղեկանք: Հայաստան-Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ 2015-2018թթ. Գործողությունների ծրագիրը հաստատվել է 2015թ. հոկտեմբերին և պաշտոնապես մեկնարկել 2016թ. մայիսին։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են մի շարք լայնամասշտաբ նախագծեր, այդ թվում՝ զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ամրապնդման, արդարադատության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների աջակցման, տեղական ժողովրդավարության զարգացման և այլ ուղղություններով։

Ծրագրերը ֆինանսավորվում են Եվրոպական Միության, Միացյալ Թագավորության, Շվեյցարիայի և այլ դոնոր-պետությունների կողմից և իրագործվում՝ Հայա ստանում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գրասենյակի կողմից՝ ՀՀ շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների հետ համատեղ։
