«Վերջին զանգի» օրը ոստիկանւթյունը ողջ ծավալով ապահովելու է հասարակական կարգը, պահպանելու է տոնական հանդիսությունների մասնակիցների և քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ու իրավունքները:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Եվս մի քանի օր՝ ու մեր ավագ դպրոցներում կհնչի «Վերջին զանգը»՝ խորհրդանշելով երեկվÕ ¡ դպրոցականների մուտքը մեծ կյանք և հիշեցնելով, որ սա բոլորիս տոնն է, ու տոնականությունը պիտի պահպանվի հանրային պատասխանատվությամբ:

Ոստիկանությունը մեծ բաժին ունի այդ գործում և ողջ ծավալով ապահովելու է հասարակական կարգը, պահպանելու է տոնական հանդիսությունների մասնակիցների և քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ու իրավունքները:

Արդեն կայացած ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ այս օրերին ճանապարհային և համայնքային ոստիկանության ծառայողները, անչափահասների գործերով տեսուչները հանդիպումներ են անցկացնում մանկավարժների, ծնողների, աշակերտների հետ, կրկին հիշեցնում տոնին հասարակական կարգը, երթևեկության անվտանգությունը, փոխհանդուրժողականության կանոնները պահպանելու անհրաժեշտության մասին:

Մեր համաքաղաքացիներին կոչելով բարձր իրավագիտակցության՝ ոստիկանությունը դիմում է հատկապես ծնողներին. տրանսպորտային միջոցներ մի տրամադրեք անչափահասներին, հարկ եղած դեպքում դուք վարեք մեքենան, զանգվածային միջոցառումների ժամանակ համագործակցեք ուսուցիչների, ոստիկանության ծառայողների, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:  

Շրջանավարտներին կոչ ենք անում ձեռնպահ մնալ ավտոմեքենա վարելու արկածախնդրությունից, հասարակական վայրերում հարգալից լինել միմյանց ու հանրության հանդեպ, տոնական հրավառություն կազմակերպել միայն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, կատարել ոստիկանության ծառայողների օրինական պահանջները:

Տոնական օրվա առավոտից ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումները ուժեղացված ծառայություն են իրականացնելու զանգվածային միջոցառումների վայրերում:

Արվելու է ամեն ինչ հասարակական կարգն ու քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար: Որևէ ներողամտություն չի ցուցաբերվելու օրինազանցության նկատմամբ: Դրսևորելով օրինաչափ խստություն, անհանդուրժողականություն ու պահանջկոտություն՝ հասարակական կարգի խախտումները կանխվելու են տեղում, օրինազանցների ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվելու են հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք, իրավախախտները ենթարկվելու են պատասխանատվության:

Ակնկալելով հանրության ըմբռնումն ու աջակցությունը՝ կրկին կոչ ենք անում մեր համաքաղաքացիներին՝ միասնաբար անենք առավելագույնը մեր երեխաների տոնը թեկուզ չնչին միջադեպով չմթագնելու համար:
