Գերմանիայի դաշնային խորհրդարանի նախագահի տեղակալ, Կանաչների կուսակցության պատգամավոր Կալուդիա Ռոթը պարզաբանել է վերջին պահին Բունդեսթագի պատգամավորների այցը Թուրքիա չեղյալ համարելու պատճառները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է թուրքական «Հուրիեթ»-ը, Ռոթը հայտնել է, որ թուրքական կողմը հասկացրել է իրենց, որ պաշտոնական որևէ հանդիպում չեն կազմակերպելու:

«Երեկ տեղեկացանք, որ թուրքական կառավարությունը հարմար չի համարում բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական հանդիպումներ իրականացնել գերմանացի պատգամավորների հետ: Սա փաստացի կերպով քաղաքական երկխոսությունից հրաժարում է: Սա գերմանական կառավարությանը ցույց տրված կարմիր քարտ է»,- ասել է Ռոթը:

Գերմանիայի դաշնային խորհրդարանի նախագահի տեղակալ, Կանաչների կուսակցության պատգամավոր Կալուդիա Ռոթի ղեկավարությամբ պատգամավորների պատվիրակության այցը Թուրքիա վերջին պահին չեղյալ էր համարվել:

Ռոթի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը պետք է տեղի ունենար մայիսի 25-28-ը: Թուրքիայում նրանք մտադիր էին հանդիպել իշխող ու ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների, քաղաքական գործիչների, ինչպես նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ու լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Գերմանիայի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունները վերջին ավելի քան մեկ տարվա ընթացքում շարունակում են լարված մնալ: Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող բանաձևի ընդունումից, Գերմանիայում թուրք քաղաքական գործիչների նախընտրական ելույթներն արգելելուց հետո հարաբերություններում վերջին լարվածության պատճառ է դարձել այն, որ պաշտոնական Անկարան արգելել է գերմանացի պատգամավորներին այցելել Ինջիրլիքի ռազմաբազա: Թուրքական կողմի որոշման վրա ազդել է այն, որ Գերմանիան բավարարել է դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունեցող թուրք զինվորների՝ ապաստտան տրամադրելու դիմումները: Նա տեսակետ է հայտնել այն մասին, թե պաշտոնական Անկարայի մերժումից հետո Գերմանիան պետք է իր զինվորներին հետ կանչի Ինջիրլիքի ռազմաբազայից:

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը հայտարարել է Ինջիրլիքի ռազմաբազային այլընտրանք գտնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: «Պետք է ուսումնասիրեն այլընտրանքները: Հորդանանը հավանական տարբերակներից է»,- ասել է նա:

Պաշտոնական Անկարան խնդրի առնչությամբ ասել է, թե այցն «այս պահին նպատակահարմար չէ»:
