Լևոն Տեր Պետրոսյանը հայատարարեց՝ քաղաքականության մեջ «իմ թշնամու թշնամին՝ իմ բարեկամն է» և ուրեմն «ընդիմադրի ընդիմադիրը՝ իշխանության բարեկամն է»: Սերժի իշխանությանը նման բնորոշումներ է տալիս նաև Ալիևը, և՞:
