Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակում օդային հաղորդակցության բազմակողմանի համաձայնագրի ստորագրման որոշման նպատակահարմարությունը կընդունվի տարբեր միջազգային ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների ավիափոխադրումների կարգավորման պրակտիկայի ուսումնասիրումից և 2018-2020 թվականների ավիափոխադրումների ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման «ճանապարհային քարտեզի» միջոցառումների իրականացումից հետո: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԵՏՀ մամուլի ծառայությունից, այս մասին պայմանավորվել են ԵԱՏՄ երկրների տրանսպորտային գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ:

Հանձնաժողովի էներգետիկայի և ենթակառուցվածքների հարցերով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Ադամկուլ Ժունուսովն ընդգծել է, որ համաձայնեցված «ճանապարհային քարտեզի» տարբերակը պետք է ներկայացվի ԵԱՏՄ երկրների տրանսպորտի նախարարներին հունիսի 6-ին: Մինչ այդ անհրաժեշտ է գտնել քննարկված հարցերի պատասխանները և կարգավորել կողմերի հնարավոր տարաձայնությունները:  

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոչ խտրական սակագների պայմաններ ներդնելու, օդանավակայաններում ծառայությունների մատուցման դրույքաչափերն ու վճարներին, ինչպես նաև սահմանափակումների վերացմանը, հաճախականություններին վերաբերող հարցեր: Մասնավորապես, փորձագետները միասնական կարծիքի չեն եկել ժամկետների և այդ միջոցառումների իրականացման հերթականության շուրջ:

Բացի այդ, քննարկվել է ավիափոխադրումների ծառայությունների շուկայում անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության զսպմանն ու ազգային շուկաներում բացասական ազդեցությունների բացառմանն ուղղված նպատակային մեխանիզմի ստեղծմանը:

Հունիսի 6-ին Սոչիում տրանսպորտի նախարարների հանդիպման արդյունքներով «Ճանապարհային քարտեզի» նախագծի հավանության արժանանալուց հետո այն կներկայացվի ԵԱՏՄ մարմինների դիտարկմանը:
