 Երեկ կայացավ ոչ իշխանական ուժերի՝ ԲՀԿ-ի, ՀԱԿ-ի, Ժառանգության, նախաձեռնած հանրահավաքը, որին մասնակցում էին մի շարք այլ համախոհ քաղաքական ուժեր։

Այս հանրահավաքը ավելի մարդաշատ էր թե հարթակին կանգնած քաղաքական ուժերի առումով և թե Ազատության Հրապարակում և նրան հարող տարածքներում կանգնած Մեր հայրենակիցների առումով։ Բազմահազարանոց Մեր Հայրենակիցների բանակը, Ազատության Հրապարակում լսելու էր գնացել իր խնդիրների լուծման մեխանիզմների, երկրում առկա խնդիրների և դրանք վերջնականապես արմատախիլ անելու մասին։

Ինչպես և սպասվում էր՝ Հոկտեմբերի 24-ի հանրահավաքին ելույթ ունեցավ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը։

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ևս մեկ անգամ մատնանշեց, որ երկիրը գտնվում է ծանրագույն վիճակում, որ վերջին մի քանի տարիների մեղմ ասած ոչ արդյունավետ քաղաքականության արդյունքում՝ մենք ունենք կաթվածահար եղած տնտեսություն, աղքատության սարսափելի ցուցանիշներ և հնգանիշ թվերով աճող արտագաղթ։

Ծառուկյանը իր մտահոգությունը հայտնեց, որ նույնիսկ այս պարագայում, երկիրը ծանրագույն իրավիճակից դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ, իշխանությունները չեն առաջարկում ոչ մի խելամիտ և հավատ ներշնչող ծրագիր, այլ ամեն գնով պայքրում են, վերարդարվելու և քաղաքական մենաշնորհը իրենց ձեռքում պահելու համար։

Իր ելույթի ընթացքում Գ․ Ծառուկյանը ևս մեկ անգամ համախմբման կոչ արեց մեր հայրենակիցներին, քանի որ միայն լայն կոնսոլիդացիայի և համախմբան արդույնքում է հնարավոր հասնել գոհացուցիչ հաջողությունների։

Չափազանց կարևոր է, որ նա հարթակից հայտարարեց, որ երկրի ներսում ԲՀԿ-ն չունի թշնամի, և, որ իրենք կողմ են միայն ու միայն անցնցում իշխանափոխությանը։

Այսպիսով՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթից պարզ դարձավ, որ և ԲՀԿ-ի, և Եռյակի ու ընդհանրապես հարթակի վրա կանգնած բոլոր ուժերի համար, երկրում չկան ներքին թշնամիներ, որ նրանք պայքարում են միայն ստեղծված իրավիճակից երկիրը դուրս բերելու համար, ժողովրդի վիճակը լավացնելու համար։
