Սուրճ

Առավոտյան թեյի կամ սուրճի մեկ-երկու գավաթը դժվար թե ձեր աղիները վնասեն, բայց եթե օրվա ընթացքում սուրճի մեկ գավաթից հետո մյուսն եք խմում, նաեւ կոֆեին պարունակող գազավորված ըմպելիքներ, սա օրգանիզմը ջրազրկում է եւ կարող է փորկապության պատճառ դառնալ:
