ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը մայիսի 31-ին նախարարության աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել նախարարի նորանշանակ առաջին տեղակալ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանին և մաղթել արդյունավետ գործունեություն` հույս հայտնելով, որ նրա ունեցած հարուստ աշխատանքային փորձն անմնացորդ կներդրվի գերատեսչության առաջ դրված խնդիրների լուծման գործընթացում:  Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի փոփոխության առաջարկը եղել է Սիմոն Պապյանի կողմից: Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել պարոն Պապյանին` երկարատև աշխատանքի համար և նաև խնդրել, որ նա շարունակի իր գործունեությունը նախարարությունում, քանի որ մենք ունենք շատ սկզբունքային և կարևոր  մի համակարգի` պետական մոնիտորինգի համակարգի կայացման խնդիր: Խնդրել եմ, որ պարոն Պապյանը զբաղեցնի նոր ձևավորված կառույցի տնօրենի պաշտոնը` օգտագործելով իր հարուստ փորձը, գիտելիքները և վստահ եմ, որ մենք, որպես մի ամբողջություն, մեկ թիմ, կկարողանանք այս համակարգը կայացնել»,-ասել է նա:

Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ Գրիգորյանը իր փորձը, գիտելիքները կարող է ծառայեցնել մեր երկրի բնապահպանական ոլորտի զարգացմանը և հզորացմանը:  «Մենք գտնվում ենք այնպիսի մի շրջափուլում, որ մեզ օդի և ջրի պես անհրաժեշտ են ռեֆորմները թե´ քաղաքականությունում, թե´ կադրային ոլորտում, թե´ համակարգերում և թե´ ենթահամակարգերում: Այն անձինք, ովքեր  չեն բավարարի մեր պահանջներին, որոնք առիթ եմ ունեցել ներկայացնել, այն է` հայրենասիրություն, պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ, պատասխանատվություն, այս համակարգում, գոնե իմ պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածու! մ տեղ չունեն և պետք է իրենց տեղը զիջեն այն մարդկանց, ովքեր բավարարում են այդ սկզբունքներին: Սա լինելու է մեր քաղաքականության առանցքային հիմնական ուղղությունը»,-նշել է Մինասյանը:

Արծվիկ Մինասյանը  բարի վերադարձ մաղթելով Էրիկ Գրիգորյանին` վստահություն   է հայտնել, որ թիմով,  կկարողանան առաջ տանել այն գաղափարները, ծրագրերը և ուղղությունները, որոնք նորանշանակ նախարարի տեղակալի հետ առիթ է ունեցել համատեղ քննարկել  մինչ  նշանակումը:

Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը նկատել է, որ նախկինում, երկար տարիներ աշխատելով բնապահպանության նախարարությունում, օգտակար փորձ է ձեռք բերել, սակայն ժամանակները փոխվում են և շրջակա միջավայրի կառավարման ոլորտում փոխվում են խնդիրները և մոտեցումները: «Պետք է աշխատենք շատ արդյունավետ և լուծենք մեր առջև դրված բոլոր խնդիրները: Մեր բոլորի գործողությունների նպատակը պետք է լինի զարգացող, ավելի լավ Հայաստան ունենալը»,- ասել է նա:

ՀՀ վարչապետի մեկ այլ որոշմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Սիմոն Պապյանն ազատվել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնից` սեփական դիմումի համաձայն:

Սիմոն Պապյանը իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնում համատեղ երկարամյա աշխատանքի համար և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել հետագայում էլ իր ունեցած հարուստ փորձը ծառայեցնել նախարարության առաջ դրված նպատակների իրագործման համար:
