ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալից և նրա հարազատներից խոշոր չափերով կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու համար կալանավորվել է «Հրազդան» ՔԿՀ-ի օպերատիվ խմբի նախկին ղեկավար Վ. Ա.-ն: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Այսպես, հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա պարզվել է, որ Վ. Ա.-ն, «Հրազդան» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալ Ա. Մ.-ին հիմնարկի տնտեսական աշխատանքներում ներգրավելու, որպես բարեխիղճ աշխատողի խրախուսելու և նշված հիմքերի ստեղծմամբ պատիժը կրելուց պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատելու համար նրա հարազատներից պարբերաբար խոշոր չափերով  կաշառք է ստացել: Մասնավորապես, Վ. Ա.-ն, 2015թ. հուլիսից նոյեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական վարչության «Հրազդան» ՔԿ հիմնարկի օպերատիվ խմբի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, դատապարտյալի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու համար, 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերին պահանջել և երկու դեպքում ստացել է խոշոր չափերով, համապատասխանաբար`  1500 և 1000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ մեկ դեպքում՝ 400 ԱՄն դոլար կաշառք:

Այսպիսով, հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքներ կատարելու` խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու համար «Հրազդան» ՔԿՀ-ի օպերատիվ խմբի նախկին ղեկավար Վ. Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել  երկու դրվագով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և մեկ դրվագով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:  Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Վ. Ա.-ն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք է ստացել նաև այլ դրվագներով: Կաշառք վերցնելու փաստեր են ձեռք բերվել հիշյալ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի այլ աշխատակցի կողմից ևս:
