Մոտավոր ճաշացանկ

Նախաճաշ. ջրով պատրաստված շիլա (120 գրամ) կամ մրգերով կաթնաշոռ (100 գրամ), առանց շաքարավազի թեյ կամ սուրճ:

Երկրորդ նախաճաշ. մեկ խոշոր կամ երկու միջին չափի միրգ (շուրջ 150 գրամ):

Ճաշ. բանջարեղենային (առանց կարտոֆիլի) ապուր (200 գրամ): Եթե խաշած բանջարեղեն չեք սիրում, հարիչով հարեք, հրաշալի կրեմ-ապուր կստացվի:

Կեղեւով շոգեխաշած կամ խաշած 2 միջին չափի կարտոֆիլ:

Գրիլի վրա պատրաստված 100-150 գրամ թռչնամիս:
