ԱՄՆ Պետդեպը քննադատել է ընդդիմադիր լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխտարլըի և «Ժողովրդական ճակատ» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Գյոզալ Բայրամլըի՝ Ադրբեջանում կատարված ձերբակալությունները:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական bastainfo-ն:

«Մենք Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին կոչ ենք անում միջազգային և ԵԱՀԿ հանձնառությունները կատարել և դրանց համապատասխան  մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների խախտմամբ ձերբակալվածներին ազատ արձակել»,- ասվում է ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի հայտարարության մեջ:

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպը նաև ուշադիր հետևում է Մուխտարլըի առևանգման գործի հանգամանքներին:

«Մենք միևնույն ժամանակ ուշադիր հետևում ենք Վրաստանում Մուխտարլըին առևանգելու դեպքի հանքամանքների քննությանը և կոչ ենք անում անցկացնել ժամանակին և թափանցիկ հետաքննություն»,- նշված հայտարարության մեջ: 

Մայիսի 26-ին Ադրբեջանա-վրացական սահմանին ձերբակալվել է ընդդիմադիր Ադրբեջանի Ժողովրդական ճակատ կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, Ազգային խորհրդի համակարգող մարմնի անդամ Գյոզալ Բայրամլըն:

Բայրամլըն մեղադրվում է մաքսանենգության և չհայտարարագրված գումարներ տեղափոխելու մեջ:

Դատարանը Բայրամլըին դատապարտել է 3 ամսվա նախնական ազատազրկման:

Աֆղան Մուխտարլին հայտնի է որպես ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության քննադատ: 2015 թվականից ի վեր ստիպված է եղել բնակություն հաստատել Թբիլիսիում: Օրերս նա անհետացել էր, ինչի կապակցությամբ ընտանիքը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն: Ավելի ուշ նա հայտնվել էր Բաքվում և ձերբակալվել:
