Ավագ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչները կհիշեն, որ Խոհրդային ժամանակներում հանրապետությունների կենտկոմներում կար երկրորդ քարտուղարի պաշտոն: Այդ պաշտոնյան, որպես կանոն, տեղացի չէր լինում, Մոսկվայի կողմից էր գործուղվում ու համարվում էր նրա «ժուչոկը» տեղական կուսակցական վերնախավում:

Հիմա շատ հարցերում մենք ընդօրինակում ենք սովետական «հին ու բարի ժամանակները», նույնիսկ կենցաղային մակարդակում մարդիկ երանությամբ հիշում են անցյալը:

Այդ անցյալը վերակենդանանալու մեծ հնարավորություն ունի ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությւնից հետո: Սակայն խոսքը բացառապես քաղաքական ռեստավրացիայի մասին է, ու մեր հազարավոր հայրենակիցները, ովքեր երազում են էժան երշիկի կամ ամառային պուտյովկի մասին, հիասթափվելու են, որովհետև հեխորհրդային տարածքի մի հատվածում վերականգնվում է ոչ թե սովետականությունը, այլ կայսրության նման մի բան:

Նոր կարդում էի Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինի հարցազրույցն Եռյակի երեկվա հանրահավաքի մասին ու ինձ մի պահ թվաց, որ նախկին «երկրորդ քարտուղարի» հաստիքը նույնպես ռեստավրացվել է. ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներում հենց այդ ֆունկցիան են կատարելու Ռուսաստանի արտակարգ ու լիազոր դեսպանները, ովքեր մեկ-մեկ մեր հասարակության հետ կիսվելու են իրենց «հույժ կարևոր» տեսակետներով ու համապարփակ և ամբողջական ինֆորմացիա են հասցնելու կենտրոն:

Վոլկինը սովորաբար քաղաքական հարցազրույցներով կամ հայտարարություններով աչքի չի ընկնում. նրան ես միշտ տեսել եմ արարողակարգային պաշտոնական միջոցառումներին: Բայց այս անգամ նա խոսել է, ուրեմն՝ ծագել է նման անհրաժեշտություն, Հայաստանի քաղաքական սուբյեկտներին մեսիջ հասցեագրելու հրամայական:

Իվան Վոլինկինը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ Եռյակի երեկվա հանրահավաքին գրեթե բոլոր ընդդիմադիրները հանդես եկան ԵՏՄ-ում Հայաստանի կարգավիճակի օգտին (հենց Մոսկվայի ականջների համար էր Տեր-Պետրոսյանի երեկվա ելույթը): «Ոչ ոք այդ անդամակցությանը դեմ հանդես չի գալիս՝ բացի մեկից»,- ասել է նա:

Այդ «մեկը» ինքնին հասկանալի է, որ «Ժառանգության» առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանն է, ով, հավանաբար, արդեն երեկ գիտեր գլխի գալիքը ու եվրասիականությունը քննադատաելուց զատ՝ կշտամբում էր նաև եվրոպացիներին ու ամերիկացիներին, մի խոսքով՝ ընդհանուր փաթեթում բոլորին:

Բայց Մոսկվան չի հավատացել Րաֆֆու «արցունքներին» ու Եռյակին բաց տեքստով հասկացնում է, որ դեմ չի լինի օգտվելու նրա ծառայություններից, եթե «Ժառանգության» ղեկավարին հարթակում չտեսնի: Մեծ հաշվով՝ Րաֆֆու քաղաքական չեզոքացման հարցը լուծված է, ու շուտով, շատ շուտով մենք կտեսնենք ռուսական «գծի մեջ» հավատարիմ Երկյակ՝ կոմպլեմենտար Եռյակի փոխարեն:

Բայց մի շտապեք ենթադրել, թե Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյան-Գագիկ Ծատուկյան զույգը ստացել է Կրեմլի «դաբրոն»:

Դա շատ պրիմիտիվ մակերեսային ենթադրություն կամ եզրահանգում կլինի. մեր «բուրժուադեմոկրատները» ստացել են ազատ գործելու ու իշխանությանը քլնգելու «կանաչ» լույս, որպեսզի ռուսների համար ավելի վերահսկելի ու կանխատեսելի լինի Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանությունը՝ զրկված արտաքին քաղաքական հարաբերություններում մանևրելու հնարավորությունից:

Վոլկինի ասածը մեսիջ է նաև իշխանությանը, իսկ գուցե, առաջին հերթին, հենց իշխանությանը, որ փոխարինող թիմը պատրաստ է, ու հարկ եղած դեպքում խաղի մեջ կմտցվի, եթե Երևանի պաշտոնական շրջանակները սկսեն շեղվել եվրասիականության «զուլալ» գծից: Մոսկվան բոլորին տվել է հանձնարարությունները և ուշադրությամբ հետևում է «տնային աշխատանքների» կատարման ընթացքին…
