 Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միությունն այն միջազգային կազմակերպությունն է, որն ունի մի շատ կարևոր առաքելություն՝ ներկայացնել իր անդամ երկրներին միջազգային կառույցներում՝ ապահովելով ազգային մասնագիտացված կազմակերպությունների հետ փոխգործակցությունն ու հարկադիր կատարման ոլորտում ստորագրված միջազգային պայմանագրերի կիրարկումը: Ստեղծված լինելով դեռևս 1952 թվականին՝ Միջազգային միությունը խթանում է նոր գաղափարների, նախագծերի, նախաձեռնությունների և ծրագրերի ծնունդը՝ զարգացմանն ու հարկադիր կատարողի անկախ կարգավիճակի աճին զուգընթաց:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԴԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից,այսօր Միությանն անդամակցում է աշխարհի 88 երկիր, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դրա լիիրավ անդամի կարգավիճակ է ստացել 2015 թվականին:

2007 թվականին Միջազգային միության ջանքերով նշվեց հարկադիր կատարողի 1‑ին համաշխարհային օրը, և ահա այդ հիշարժան ամսաթվից ուղիղ 10 տարի անց՝ 2017 թվականի հունիսի 8-ին, Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միությունը նշելու է Հարկադիր կատարողի 10-րդ համաշխարհային օրը: Տոնի համար ընտրված թեման այս տարի «Կողմի տեղեկացվածությունն» է:

Այս օրվա առթիվ ուղերձ է հղել նաև Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության նախագահ Ֆրանսուազ Անդրիյոն, որում նշվում է. «Հարկադիր կատարողի համաշխարհային օրն իրենից ներկայացնում է առանցքային հանդիպում մեր մասնագիտության և Կողմերի՝ քաղաքացիների, կազմակերպությունների, պետական կառավարման մարմինների, դատական համակարգի աշխատակիցների ու դատավորների միջև։ Օրվա նպատակը, միանշանակ, հարկադիր կատարողի ու դատական կատարողի դերի ամրապնդումն է հասարակության մեջ` Կողմերին տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու տեսանկյունից: Այսօր մեր մասնագիտությունը բարձրաձայնում է մեր գործողություններն արդարադատության հասանելիության իրավունքի իրացման և դրանով իսկ` արդար դատական քննության իրավունքի իրացման հարցերում` ուղղված յուրաքանչյուր կողմի իրավունքների պահպանմանը»:

Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունը ևս շնորհավորում է իր բոլոր գործընկեր երկրների հարկադիր կատարման մարմինների աշխատակիցներին և մաղթում գործնական հաջողություններ ու ձեռքբերումներ անձնական կյանքում:
