Այսուհետ Ucom ընկերության վաճառքի և սպասարկման կենտրոններում տեղադրված էլեկտրոնային գրիչների շնորհիվ կարագանա ու կթեթևանա բաժանորդների սպասարկման գործընթացը:

“Որպես պատասխանատու ընկերություն Ucom-ը կարևորում է ոչ միայն մեր բաժանորդների ժամանակը, այլև բնությունը: Էլեկտրոնային գրչի կիրառումը թույլ է տալիս կրճատել սպասարկման սրահում հերթերի կուտակման հնարավորությունը, փաստաթուղթը ստորագրելիս՝ չտպել այն, խնայել թուղթ և պատասխանատվությամբ վերաբերել շրջակա միջավայրին, բնությանը, ծառերին: Այս գրչով ստորագրված փաստաթղթի բնօրինակն ուղարկվում է բաժանորդի կողմից նշված էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեին, ինչը թույլ է տալիս անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այն միշտ ձեռքի տակ ունենալ”, - պարզաբանում է Ucom ընկերության վաճառքի տնօրեն Կարեն Շաբոյանը:

Բաժանորդագրության գործընթացի հետ կապված փաստաթղթերի կազմման և ստորագրման համար գրչի և թղթի օգտագործումը, իսկ այնուհետ նաև դրանց բնօրինակների թղթային տարբերակների արխիվացումը եղել և շարունակում է մնալ մեծ ռեսուրսներ պահանջող գործընթաց:
