ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովն իրականացրել է 2017թ. մայիսի 30-ին Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի Աղայան 74/1 շենքում տեղի ունեցած ծանր ելքով արտադրական դժբախտ դեպքի տեխնիկական քննություն և կազմել եզրակացություն:

Արտադրական դժբախտ դեպքի պատճառ է հանդիսացել վերելակի բաց դռներով շարժվելը` դռների փակման էլեկտրական շղթայի չգործելու հետևանքով: Համաձայն «Վերելակների և դրանց շահագործման անվտանգության պահանջների տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության 09.02.2006թ. N 692-Ն որոշման պահանջների թիվ 307 կետի՝ «Հորանի և խցիկի դռների փակման հսկող անջատիչները պետք է անջատեն էլեկտրական շղթան, եթե հորանի և խցիկի դռների փեղկերից թեկուզ մեկը չի փակվում» և ըստ թիվ 310 կետի՝ «Հորանի դռների ավտոմատ փականների փակվելը վերահսկող անվտանգության էլեկտրական սարքավորումը պետք է անջատի անվտանգության շղթան` դռները փակված չլինելու դեպքում»: 

Պատահարի հետւեանքով տուժող Լուսինե Զաքարյանն ինքնուրույն փորձել է դուրս գալ շարժվող՝ վերև ընթացող, վերելակի խցիկից, այսինքն՝ ինքնաէվակուացման հետևանքով էլ ընկել է հորանը:

Վերելակը գտնվում է Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի Աղայան 74/1 շենքում: Այն մարդատար է, 320 կգ բեռամբարձությամբ, 0,71 մ/վ անվանական արագությամբ և 9 հարկային կանգառով:
Վերելակը 04.09.2006թ. գրանցված է արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտների ռեեստրում, «Նարեկ» համատիրության կազմում՝ ԱՎՕ 6/2-0083, հերթական ամենամյա տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննության ենթարկվել է 23.12.2016թ. և ստացել է դրական եզրակցություն:

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը մայիսի 30-ին, ժամը 18:37-ին տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ 14-ամյա աղջիկն ընկել է Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի Աղայան փողոցի թիվ 74/1 շենքի վերելակի հորանը. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ: Մինչ փրկարարների՝ կանչի վայր հասնելը՝ 2003 թ. ծնված Լ.Զ.-ը դուրս է բերվել հորանից, իսկ 2003 թ. ծնված Վ. Ա.-ը՝ վերելակի խցիկից: Տուժածները հոսպիտալացվել են Վանաձոր քաղաքի ԲԿ, որտեղ բժիշկները Լ. Զ.-ի առողջական վիճակը գնահատել են ծանր, իսկ Վ. Ա.-ը ստանալով համապատասխան բուժօգնություն՝ դուրս է գրվել:

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը հայտնել էր, որ փորձաքննություն իրականացնելու նպատակով դեպքի վայրում է գտնվել «ՏԱԱԿ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Լոռու մարզի տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննության բաժնի պետը:
