Նախարարի հանձնարարությամբ՝ «Զվարթնոցի» տարածքում ուժեղացված հսկողություն է իրականացվում

ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարին  տրված  հանձնարարականի համաձայն՝ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում մեկշաբաթյա ժամկետում պրոֆիլակտիկ աշխատանքներ կկատարվեն տաքսի ծառայություններ մատուցողների կողմից լիցենզավորման մասին օրենսդրության խախտումները դադարեցնելու նպատակով:

Կքննարկվեն նաև Երևան-Զվարթնոց ուղղությամբ գործող երթուղիների արդիականացման հնարավորությունները։

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հունիսի 9-ին այցելել է «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայան՝ պատասխանատուների հետ տեղում քննարկելու ստեղծված իրավիճակի լուծման ուղիներն ու հնարավորությունները։

«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի տարածքում պայմանագրային հիմունքներով գործում է  տաքսի ծառայություն՝ գեղեցիկ, մաքուր,  հարմարավետ  մեքենաներով։  Մեծ ցուցանակներին   այդ մեքենաներով Երևան և հանրապետության մի շարք մարզեր հասնելու սակագներն են։

Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ պետք է այլընտրանք լինի, մի քանի ընկերություններ աշխատեն և բոլորի համար հավասար պայմաններ լինեն։

Օդանավակայանի տնօրինության հետ նախարարը քննարկել է օրինական տաքսիների գործունեությունն ապահովելու, առաջիկա երկու օրերին մի քանի ընկերությունների հետ  պայմանագրեր կնքելու հարցը՝ պարտադիր պայման համարելով մեքենաների որակը և վարորդների պատշաճ տեսքը։

Բացի այդ, օդանավակայանում ներկայում  տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող ընկերությանը հանձնարարվել է վերանայել սակագների գովազդային վահանակների քանակը, ապահովել քարտային վճարումների կարգը, ինչպես նաև վերանայել սակագները։

Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ տաքսիներին զուգահեռ պետք է  նաև Երևանից օդանավակայան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ ավտոբուսային փոխադրումներ կազմակերպվեն։ Նա նախարարության տրանսպորտի վարչությանը և լիցենզավորմանը գործակալությանը հանձնարարել է այդ ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել։

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության ՀՀ տրանսպորտային տեսչության կողմից  «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում անօրինական տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող մեքենաները հայտնաբերելու նպատակով առավել խստացված հսկողություն է իրականացվում։

ՀՀ տրանսպորտային տեսչության աշխատակիցները նախարարին տեղեկացրել են, որ առավոտից արդեն 30-ից ավելի չլիցենզավորված տաքսիներ են հայտնաբերվել, կազմվել  են արձանագրություններ։

Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը  տեսչության պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է շուրջօրյա հսկողություն իրականացնել օդանավակայանի տարածքում։

Ոստիկանության  ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց հերթին նշել են, որ  կաշխատեն ուժեղացված ռեժիմով, աշխատանքներ կտանեն առանց համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող վարորդներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
