Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան, միջազգային Amnesty International-ի Թուրքիայի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Թաներ Քըլըչին կալանավորելու մասին որոշումը լրջագույն անարդարություն է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, այս մասին ասվում է միջազգային իրավապաշտպան Human Rights Watch կազմակերպության հաղորդագրության մեջ:

«Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները պետք է դադարեցնեն հետապնդումներն ընդդեմ Քըլըչի ու անհապաղ ազատ արձակեն նրան: Քըլըչի դեմ հետաքննությունն ու նրա բանտարկումը այդ երկրում մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումների փաստերը լուսաբանելու պատճառով նրան ու Amnesty International-ին թիրախավորող քաղաքականապես մոտիվացված արշավի հետևանք են»,- նշել է Human Rights Watch-ի Եվրոպայի ու Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տնօրեն Հյու Ուիլիամսոնը:

Թուրքիայի իրավապահ մարմինները երկրում գյուլենականների դեմ իրականացվող գործողությունների շրջանակում հունիսի 6-ին ձերբակալել էին միջազգային Amnesty International կազմակերպության Թուրքիայի ղեկավարին` Թաներ Քըլըչին: Քըլըչըին ձերբակալել էին տանը՝ նախքան գրասենյակ գնալը: Թուրք իրավապահները խուզարկել էին նրա բնակարանը: Հունիսի 9-ին դատարանը նրան կալանավորելու մասին որոշում է կայացրել:

Եվրամիության արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի խոսնակ Մայա Կոսիյանչիչը մտահոգություն էր հայտնել կատարվածի առնչությամբ: «Մենք կոչ ենք անում թուրքական իշխանություններին անհապաղ հստակեցնել ներկայացված մեղադրանքները՝ համաձայն Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական համաձայնագրի և Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի օրենքների: Մասնավորապես կարևոր է հարգել անմեղության կանխավարկածը: Amensty International-ը ժողովրդավարության առանցքային տարրը հանդիսացող քաղաքացիական հասարակության միջազգային հարգարժան անդամ է»,- հայտնել էր Կոսիյանչիչը` ընդգծելով, որ Եվրամիությունը շարունակելու է հետևել դեպքերի զարգացմանը:
