Տավուշի երիտասարդ բժիշկները ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնել մարզում ինչպես նեղ մասնագետների պակասի, այնպես էլ՝ առանձին հիվանդանոցների տեխնիկական հագեցվածության կապակցությամբ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Նախարարը նշել է, որ այսօր անհնար է բժիշկներին ստիպողաբար մարզեր ուղարկել։ Նա երիտասարդ մասնագետներին ներկայացրել է, որ համակարգում իրականացվող բոլոր բարեփոխումներն ու ծրագրերը, այդ թվում՝ համակարգի օպտիմալացումը, ծառայում են ներքին ռեսուրսների՝ մասնագետների և սարքավորումների զբաղվածությունն արդյունավետ դարձնելուն և բնակչությանն ավելի լավ բուժելուն՝ հասանելի դարձնելով բոլոր ծառայությունները։

Ծանոթացնելով իրականացվող ծրագրերին՝ Լևոն Ալթունյանն ընդգծել է. «Հիմնվելով շուկայական հարաբերությունների վրա՝ մենք մի կողմից ձգտում ենք ապահովել բժշկի աշխատանքի պատշաճ վճարում, մյուս կողմից  ունենալ  արտահայտված սոցիալական ուղղվածություն»։ Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ անապահով խմբերում ընդգրկված քաղաքացիները 2018թ. սկզբից պատշաճ հիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնություն կստանան պետության կողմից ձեռք բերվող ապահովագրական փաթեթով։  

Երիտասարդ բժիշկների հետ քննարկվել են նաև շարունակական մասնագիտական զարգացմանը և ձեռք բերված գիտելիքների ու մասնագիտական ունակությունների գնահատմանն առնչվող հարցեր։ Նախարարը հորդորել է ավելի շատ օգտվել առցանց վերապատրաստումների համակարգից՝ համագործակցելով գլխավոր մասնագետների և մասնագիտական ասոցիացիաների հետ։

«Մեր նպատակն է, որ դուք ձեզ զգաք երկրի առողջապահական  համակարգի մի մասնիկը, և  ձեզ հետ քննարկումները շարունակական բնույթ կրեն»,­ասել է նախարար Ալթունյանը։

Այսպիսով, ամփոփվել են բոլոր մարզերի երիտասարդ բժիշկների ներկայացուցիչների հետ ոլորտում  ընթացող բարեփոխումների քննարկումները ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի հետ։ Սակայն, եթե մարզերում աշխատող երիտասարդ առանձին մասնագետներ համակարգի բարելավման ուղղությամբ կառուցողական առաջարկներ ունեն, կարող են դիմել նախարարություն՝ առաջիկա հանդիպումներին մասնակից դառնալու համար։
