Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, զեկուցվել է, որ նախօրեին երեկոյան մայրաքաղաքում 1 ժամում տեղացել է 13-14մմ անձրև, որը կազմում է Երևանում հունիս ամսվա տեղումների բազմամյա միջին ամսական քանակի շուրջ 50 տոկոսը: Հղում կատարելով ԱԻՆ հիդրոմետ ծառայության օդերևութաբանության կենտրոնի պետ Գագիկ Սուրենյանին, նաև նշվել է, որ կարկուտով ուղեկցվող անձրևի այդ քանակի մեծ մասը թափվել է 10-15 րոպեում, ինչն առաջացրել է անձրևաջրերի կուտակումներ և որոշակի անհարմարություններ է ստեղծել մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում: 

Խորհրդակցությանը ներկա «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչն էլ տեղեկացրել է, որ առատ տեղումների հետևանքով գրանցված անձրևաջրերի հոսքը որոշ տեղերում հանգեցրել է անձրևատար համակարգի թողունակության գերբեռնվածության, բացի այդ, կարկուտի հետևանքով կոտրված ճյուղերը և տերևները խցանել են անձրևատարների պաշտպանիչ ցանցերը, ինչն իր հերթին որոշ փողոցներում հանգեցրել է անձրևաջրերի կուտակումների: Նաև նշվել է, որ տեղծված իրավիճակն արագ կարգավորելու նպատակով ընկերության մասնագետներն օպերատիվ աշխատանքներ են իրականացրել անձրևատար ցանցերի մաքրման ուղղությամբ, իսկ տեղումների դադարից հետո Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների կոմունալ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցների, ինչպես նաև ԱԻՆ համապատասխան ծառայությունների աջակցությամբ շարունակել են աշխատանքները՝ արդյունքում ապահովելով գետնանցումների, թունելային հանգույցների, ինչպես նաև գրասենյակային և բնակելի տների նկուղային հարկերի կուտակված ջրի հեռացումը: 
Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչությանը, «Սանիթեք» ընկերությանն ու վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է կազմակերպել և սեղմ ժամկետում իրականացնել բոլոր փողոցների և բակային տարածքների մաքրման աշխատանքները, իսկ «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությանն էլ հանձնարարվել է կարճ ժամանակում ապահովել անձրևատար համակարգի մաքրումն ու կարգաբերումը:
Նախօրեի առատ տեղումների հետ կապված նաև զեկուցվել է, որ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում գրանցվել է հենապատի փլուզման դեպք: Ներկայում հետևանքներն արդեն վերացված են և վերականգնված է բնականոն երթևեկությունը: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է կարճ ժամկետում կազմել նախագիծ-նախահաշիվ՝ փլուզված հենապատը արագ վերակառուցելու համար:
