Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, զեկուցվել է, որ  շարունակվում են մայրաքաղաքում գործող տոնավաճառների սեփականատերերի հետ բանակցությունները՝ կառուցապատման աշխատանքներով պայմանավորված Ֆիրդուսի տոնավաճառի առևտրականներին այլ տոնավաճառներ տեղափոխելու և նրանց գործունեությունը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ ապահովելու նպատակով: Ըստ այդմ, սեփականատերերի հետ նաև պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռքբերվում սկզբնական շրջանում Ֆիրդուսի տոնավաճառի առևտրականներին որոշակի արտոնություններ տրամադրելու հետ կապված:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթ հանդիպումներ են կայացել ինչպես տոնավաճառի կազմակերպիչների, այնպես էլ տարածքի առևտրականների հետ և պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել բոլոր կողմերի մասնակցությամբ ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը և կքննարկի կողմերի ներկայացրած առաջարկություններն ու դիտարկումները:

«Որոշ մարդկանց կողմից Ֆիրդուսի տոնավաճառի առևտրականներին այլ տոնավաճառներ տեղափոխելու գործընթացը փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել որպես մարդկանց օրվա հացից զրկել, մինչդեռ մեր նպատակը բնավ այդ մարդկանց նեղացնելը չէ: Ավելին, մենք փորձում ենք անել առավելագույնը, որ հնարավորին աջակցենք Ֆիրդուսի տոնավաճառի առևտրականներին՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ տարածքում առաջիկայում սկսվելու են կառուցապատման աշխատանքները, և մեր այս համաքաղաքացիների խնդրի կարգավորումը դարձել է առաջնահերթություն: Ընդ որում, թե՛ տոնավաճառի կազմակերպիչները և թե՛ առևտրականները դեռ մեկ տարի առաջ են տեղեկացվել, որ տարածքը վաղ թե ուշ պետք է ազատվի: Ամեն դեպքում, արեք հնարավորը, որ առավելագույնս հաշվի առնվեն տարածքում առևտուր իրականացնող մեր համաքաղաքացիների առաջարկները և ապահովվի խնդրի կարգավորումը», - նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կազմվել է 7 վարչական արձանագրություն և ապամոնտաժվել է չգործող 2 կրպակ: Հանձնարարվել է շարունակել խստացված հսկողությունը:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ նաև զեկուցվել է, որ շարունակվում է ամենօրյա հսկողությունը չնախատեսված վայրերում աղբը թափելու դեպքերի հայտնաբերման և կանխման նպատակով: Նախորդ շաբաթ հայտանբերվել է իրավախախտման 12 դեպք, որոնց մասով կազմվել են համապատասխան վարչական արձանագրություններ: Շարունակվում է նաև խստացված հսկողությունը ոչ սահմանված վայրերում շինարարական աղբը թափելու դեպքերը բացառելու և Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Սիլիկյան թաղամասին հարող նախկին բազալտի հանքավայրի տարածքում ստեղծված և բացառապես շինարարական աղբը թափելու համար նախատեսված աղբավայր տեղափոխելու ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարվել է շարունակել հսկողությունն ու գործող շինաղբավայրի տեղանքի մասին հանրային իրազեկումը:
